Serious answer: You can't. It has no turret slots and thus can't fit turret weapons.

Real answer: 0/10. Ibis would have earned 1/10 at least.

Im hoping ur not joking and this is about zee Koolbill!

New sh!t. Since flying the shield booster/duel propped hookbill i created. Having some realy intresting engagements with it. I ended up deciding, their other more useful modules to put in place of the second (web).

So this is the new sh!t

145/dps (Without overloading) 5,100/ehp 1350m/sec; Everything runs for 4 mins plus and the focus is more on damage.

[Caldari Navy Hookbill, Caldari Navy Hookbill DMG]
Damage Control II
Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System

Small Shield Extender II
Gistii B-Type Small Shield Booster
Gistii B-Type 1MN Afterburner
Faint Epsilon Warp Scrambler I
Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I

Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Thorn Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Thorn Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Thorn Rocket

Small Bay Loading Accelerator I
Small Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer II
Small Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer II

After i decided to go back to using Shield buffer on the hookbill. I came up with this fit first. 120/dps (Without overloading) 7,000/ehp 1350m/sec;

[Caldari Navy Hookbill, Caldari Navy Hookbill EHP]
Damage Control II
Micro Auxiliary Power Core I

Medium Shield Extender II
Gistii B-Type Small Shield Booster
Gistii B-Type 1MN Afterburner
Faint Epsilon Warp Scrambler I
Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I

Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Thorn Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Thorn Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Thorn Rocket

Small Bay Loading Accelerator I
Small Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer II
Small Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer II

Btw! Both these fits can be done with t2/meta 4 modules. The damage version seems to outpreform the tanked version for the most part! Im currently flying both fits, with all the faction [email protected]

This fit is fail. You will get caught by every competent frig pilot who fits mwd or dualprop and you will die 15s later, because you have no buffer. Warriors will eat you in no time. Its slow, has bad scanres and doesnt have sig bonus, yo it isnt even good as tackler.
Stay away from this fit, some good fits were posted here, use them /i can only add - try web + td or mwd + dualweb/.

I was flying this a while back to give it a test run. I was caught by a Rifter with a MWD, he scrammed me and turned off my speed. I swapped optimal disruption for tracking speed disruption. He died in a fire. I also took out a Moa and a few other turret-based cruisers but it takes FOREVER. The damage is simply not good. I think that fit would be great for a small frigate gang though - the dual TD is pretty cool.

Granted, a few kills does not make a good fit, BUT I've seen worse out there. Personally I like the dual-web fits for awesome range control.

I'm not particularly happy with the Hookbill in general - slow and kludgy - but when rockets get fixed (and Hell freezes over, ha ha) this ship may see a surge in popularity.

A MAPC gives you a flat +10 power grid. Any T1 Tach takes 3750 power grid. It just doesn't add up.

Again, I'm either being trolled to death or you're serious. If the latter, well, it doesn't work that way.

It would appear you've all been trolled.
