Hi, I have a question.
I have read a number of guides and toyed with PI on sisi... and I currently had a setup on a Gas planet producing Oxygen and Coolant. My goal is to stockpile all 5 of the POS fuels for when I setup a POS.

Now my question:

I don't fully understand how and when the routes work.
Specifically between storage and the processors.

For example if I have extractors pumping Noble Gas into a Storage, then that storage is set to 3000/3000 to route to the processor.... when does it do this?

When the storage reaches 3000....?
Whenever my storage receives some NobleGas until its forwarded 3000?

Some of my processors seem to have unusual amounts in them.... like 37% of what they need. I dont know why.

If anyone can run through an explanation it would be very helpful to me. Especially as I am wanting to setup to make some of the higher end items soon.

Thanks all,

it will send as long as there is space in processor. that is 6000 units. first 3000 will start a cycle, other 3000 will stay in buffer. once cycle is started and processor buffer is full, storage will stop sending.

It will send anything it has if the processor can take more, even if it doesn't add up to the whole 3000, that is why you can see processors with 47% or other odd numbers if you're not extracting enough for example.
