I don;t completely understand why you can not kick a member of your corp unless they are docked or logged off. This seriously has to be one of the most annoying things about this game. If you have some little punk in your corp causing issues you have to deal with it until either they log off, you hunt them down and kill them, they dock, or someone else kills them.

IRL if someone is being disruptive you can fire them right them and throw there butts out of your place of business... so why can;t a ceo just have the ultimate kick power to boot anyone at anytime? Why this arbitrary rule?

Imagine you are running a mission with your corp buddies, who then kick you while in space and then gank you. Do you think that would be a fair game mechanic? Would you prefer your oh so important realism over easy griefing?

That makes no sense Spank, if it was in empire they would get concorded for shooting an out of corp char. If it was low sec null sec, they could gank him anyway.

Yea, and if i am in corp a, then memebers of corp a can kill me at will.

so that doesn;t work... it still doesn;t make a lick of since. If i am a spay and i join your corp i can keep feeding info, or be insulting to you until i dock

People used to use it to abuse it in empire wars. Undock near a hostile gang and get them to aggro you, then drop/get kicked from the corp so they end up shooting someone who is suddenly not a war target - cue concord.

Introduce a automated kick option, say when you go to expel them the second they are kickable have it automatically do it, or at least have the power to global censor someone in alliance / corp chat.

I think it is just a side effect of the block on not being able to change corp in space. Which was brought about to stop people joining up with a corp at war and going from neutral to can shoot instantly.
