There is an NPC in a mission you're advised not to shoot. Shooting it yields two items in the wreck whose info panel details how the organisation that NPC was a part of came into being. I think the NPC in question is the Komni Envoy. |

There are a couple of Monolith in missions I have seen.
Also look at the description of VIP's. Very import people like game developers.
I do think the best ones are the named target painters. |
