in the escape-window hasn't been either renamed to reflect the fact that it only creates a new petition... or fixed such that it actually pulls up the petitions dialog

I can't see changing the button or copy/pasta the correct dialog code taking more than 5 minutes

CCP just doesn't give the first **** about its user experience, c/d?

the game is 8 years old for ****s sake, how is it that the user interface still has glaring errors? I would beat my code monkies with a crow bar if this was my product.
