The market info for a shuttle says it has a cargo capacity of 500 but after I bought it then activated it it changed to 10?

How can a ship that is about 10x ore more as big as my probe have that small a space and come to think of it only 500 which it's supposed to have?

I think the size was altered at some point, mabey the market info was not updated as well?

I think that shuttles can't carry much as they are mostly all engines, they do go rather fast :)

With no defenses and the ship being as big as it is I would think that it should at least be allowed to carry as much and go as fast as it says it can.

The shuttle was only made for speed not for cargo hauling.

Sad, in a way.

But the shuttle would be just too darn good of a trade ship if it had 500m3 of cargo room. Trader frigates would be obsolete, and even indies would suffer a challenge in some niches. And all that for a mere 10k isk.

Sad, because there's often a low-priority need to rearrange quantities of stuff -- trash loot and supplies -- between bases, and there's no good way to do it other than having a human being take a few hours out of their game time to truck stuff around. This is not a service that any PC apparently wants to supply in the first place, so I don't see why we don't get an NPC package delivery system. Make it slow - even something like 20 jumps per day - and courier PCs will have plenty of room to compete.
