As the topic says, many anomalies don't despawn after killing all NPCs/Structures.
So you end up with 20 empty anomalies in a system.

It really sucks that 3h after the dt the system Upgrades you farmed for and payed millions of ISK are worthles..

Does it really surprise anyone that CCP promises one thing and delivers something nerfed to uselessness. It'll be fixed, as soon as most of the major 0.0 alliances loose enough isk to fall apart.

Its not that its been nerfed to uselessness. Its more that was broken the entire time it was on sisi, and was shoved out the door even though it never once worked properly.

CCP should simply acknowledge this problem as considering what this patch is about it's pretty major.

Fixed for you.

Really... of all the stuff that was promised for this patch (the MS stuff, the flying in formation, etc) and what actually came out... this patch was essentially the SOV patch. You'd think they'd make sure that the things they did to SOV (including the system upgrades) actually worked.

You missed the Eve Mail overhaul, functioning Eve browser, massive changes to T2 production amount (which touches on the alliances, but not directly on sovereignty), new planets (fluff, but pretty fluff), Fleet Finder, and many smaller nuances.

Oh, but they only changed the sov system?

It is also worth mentioning that Formations was never scheduled to be part of Dominion.

This is happening for signatures as well. I had 3 sites that haven't despawned after 12hrs.

ccp are really failing at quality control... they dont even check their own patch notes to make sure stuff works and they love to silent nerf. What is the purpose of this other than ****ing off their customers? The main purpose of the sov changes was to give us broken upgrades? seriously ccp.. wake the **** up. stop treating us like gamers and more like paying customers. Customers should get service.... what a concept. your promises are broken.. how about admitting there is an issue and fix it. Communicate with us.

I havent noticed much of a issue with sites not despawning/spawning right.. Though it is a good idea to do a session change once in awile to clear the scanner of worthless sites.

Point out anywhere in the contract you signed to play this game where it says they have to respond to problems to satisfy you. No posts about it does not, and has never meant that they don't know about the issue and aren't working on it. Too bad if they aren't updating you for every bit of code they pump out, stop whining and act like an adult.

And CM's aren't dev's, and they don't get any information. They're here to manage the forums, that's it.

Well, having the thread here makes it much easier for those of us actually involved in this part of EVE to find it, and thus start looking into the problem. Relax. Cool

In this case though, we're already on it. From another thread on the matter:

We are aware of this issue, and it's a high priority. We have, however, had problems in reproducing it on our internal servers. If you notice any of these things, create a bug report immediately, note down the name of the sites, your location and so forth. That will help our testers getting it confirmed and fixed sooner.

As I said, this is considered a high priority and we are investigating it as we speak and as soon as we have a fix for it, it will be deployed on TQ.

CCP did this last time didn't they?

CCP: We're revamping exploration
US: The sites don't despawn
CCP: Top priority, blah,
2 months pass
CCP: We fixed it aren't we great.

CCP: We've added this great T3 subsystem so you can ignore warp bubbles
US: Yay, wait oh of course it doesn't work properly
CCP: We are aware of the issue and will fix it in 3 months with Dominion
US: Insert colourfull obbscenity here with lots of exclamation marks.

It's a great game but CCP seem to put the bare minimum of effort in..

Geminate would welcome you as well. A good 16 in our system that only cycle after DT even if we have cleared them...

I would also like to point out that it has never been broken to the point it is now. They would always despawn, but now, nothing will make them do it.

Edit: I have also filed a bug report.

Did you file a bug report?

The more cases of non-despawning complexes behaviour they have to study, the easier it will be for them to figure out why they're not despawning.

Make sure to include a brief narrative of what you did between probing down the site and leaving it, so they have better testing scenarios to feed to their quality assurance guys.

Whats wrong with you people??? Shocked Is EVE the only game u ever played?

Do any of you even consider the scale of this game, and the workload it is to make everything work..?

Yes, we are paying customers... so what? If youre car brakes down.. do u whine like a 8yo because you bought something, and it didnt work? If youre TV blacks out...do you yell in all known forums for months..? Shocked

You should be know by now (if u havent spend ure entire youth in mom's basement) that it often takes time to make things work. It's not like they can get 75.000 people to test EVERY aspect of the game in 20 different countries befoer launch.

It's always like this, it has always been like this... and by god, it will always be like this.
I cant for the life of me understand how u all dont get this..

If your car or TV breaks down you send it back to the manufacturer and get it fixed (so long its under warranty).

EVE is broken, people are asking for it fixed, nothing wrong with that. If your unlucky enough to live in a time zone that cant get on right after downtime you have no hope of finding anomalies to run.

It takes about 4 hours currently for every anomaly in our system to 'break' and refuse to despawn. Leaving the system with 20 empty anomalies.

.. and yes many petitions/bug reports have been filed.
