I'm having a problem doing the transfer. I keep getting an error message saying it can't do the transfer because I'm logged in as the old character. I'm not in the game at all. I logged into my account to initiate the transfer, but I have to do that, don't I?

It's the first time I've done this, and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

You can't be on at all, the game shouldn't be open. If that didn't help try again in 5min i may know whats happening

I'm not sure whats going on there, the account name is correct, right? Drizznemox

Maybe it's just a generic exception message for any misinformation? I don't know. Have it petitioned if it doesn't work within the next day we can just do a reversal.

Edit: Also make sure they aren't billing you for each time you try to transfer the character to my account, that wouldn't be too good. Laughing

Drizznemox or Drizzenmox? I tried it both ways and got the same error.

I rebooted to make sure there were no hidden processes or background progs maintaining a connection.

I'll keep trying. If you get tired of waiting, I'll refund your money.

Guess i'll take the refund and look for another character or something. Confused Sorry again for whatever may be the issue.
