I would not hesitate to fire on CVA ships. It's nothing personal; they are red and orders are orders. And if CVA fell to outside forces or internal treachery, I'd just say 'That's EVE' and start looking for a share of the spoils.

But there's no place for black-hat hacking and I'm glad to see justice done through the restoration of CVA sov. Everyone deserves the chance to fight on their feet. I look forward to seeing my friendly neighborhood Amarr zealots in space again!

Greetings, star pilots.

I am known as bullet, just a small, relatively unknown member of a covert organization, created by and dedicated to the taking down of what we saw as the single largest evil in eve - CVA.

The plan was hatched well over 2 years ago. Our group of RL friends was backstabbed by a high ranking CVA official, whose name I decline to mention but many of you may already be guessing (if you know, you know. Our group, by nature a very wealthy group of industrialists, was going to help fund a mass CVA invasion of nearby areas. Of course, they would do it in the name of the Amarr Empire, and we were in it to gain a large amount of wealth. However, as talks continued, it was apparent that we were the fools in this barter. CVA had no plans of invading any region, and we were being strung along, by a few high ranking individuals. The rest of the Providence coalition knew nothing about it, I suspect even the CVA officials mostly were in the shadow. Our funds dissappeared into thin air, and our contacts simply would not so much as speak to us.

We thought for a moment to make this public, but what could we do? Nobody would believe a small, relatively unknown group of empire industrialists, over a trusted, powerful, well-known and seemingly well-liked coalition. If I said to you before this, that CVA would disband, would anyone have believed me? I think not. That is when we made our pledge. We would take down CVA. We lacked firepower, so we pledged that we would do it covertly, utilizing an advantage we had - we were all owners of multiple accounts, multiple alts, and our group was bound by what most pilots in eve do not have - RL friendship that goes back for years.

You will never be able to get back at us, as we have no corporate or alliance affiliation. You do not know who we are, or where we are. Any problems I caused with this character, with an aptly ridiculous name, to fit in with the "crowd", I apologize, I decided to use this "face" as it is nearly impossible to connect with anyone. You would be surprised how valuable we found connections to seemingly small, un-notable groups are.

So for 2 years, we worked various channels, various alliances, to come to today. Today, you see our product. Enjoy.

I still don't believe you did it but now that CCP have confirmed the account was hacked it will be pretty funny if you get arrested as a result of a troll. Let us know what happens.

I am glad to see cva be returned back to as normal of a state as possible. As for the person claimming that this was their work... Well, eve is designed to allow the worst in people to flourish; however, i hope this person has read the entire thread and perhaps learned to realize many people accept the common believe that EVE is a game. Given these simple facts we point out some basic points.... Seems the common belief here is that CVA is respected highly by its friends and foes... perhaps due to the fact that game design has not led them to a dishonest game style as many other alliances have chosen. Admitting to doing something like this is not only sad, but if we consider the "facts" that this person has stated we can learn a few things about "this" person... 1)2years invested into bringing something down that is greater than yourself... this is prolly due to jealousy, hate or lack of positive encouragement in r/l (aka you werent hugged enough). AoV has been a long supporter of cva and that will not change regardless of what current "exploit" "glitch" or "eula violation" that comes up. Claimming to HACK and acount in blackhat ways to overcome an "obstacle" in your mind proves even further to the entire community thatbrains and understanding is something lacked by this individual. It took u one push of a button to achieve what you claim... and yet you consider this special??? Let me state to u something much bigger than You (you being the person taking claim to this). You have heard replies from friends and foes to cva alike, seems the majority of the community disagrees with you... yet you take claim to server/comp/account exploits and r/l exploits of a friendship... you sir have nothing to live for. and it is clearly stated in your actions and words that you have issues that eula hasnt covered. Perhaps hello kitty online is more of your caliber type of game.
Hail to CVA and HAIL to those that helped in these times of need. Its amazing to see how hard work is recognized by friends and foes of the empire.

It is amusing how that it's been confirmed to be a hacked account. So either OP is an outright lier, or was the one who gained access to the hacked account though a trojan.

6/10 for trying to use the whole, 'my friends and I have spies everywhere' tactic.
2/10 for poor planning, and by not waiting to hear an official response. Oh, and for no proof. Anyone who gets that far in always has the proof and wants to prove they did it. Your smokescreen reveals the lie.

If it had been undermined, you may have been able to run with it, then again, maybe not.

Interesting thread about drone regions, even when everyone in IRC/ED that was not with their head up their arse (basically everyone beyond Kami, Oldma, Dib and that utter swine Nutra) knew we were going to die horribly and lose our space...

While having no love for NRDS in this game, i have to give this an EPIC FAIL because as CVA is now restored fully with sov., etc. as nothing happened it confirms that your vindictiveness extended beyond the game into RL and came back from that direction. If you wanted props for folding CVA then it should have been in game using the mechanics CCP provide us. You used a malicious tactic that myself and most in EVE abhor. Congratz to CCP for fixing this horror and righting the wrong done to CVA.
