I think you got some tank in my gank...

At least try to fit 1-2 magstabs and a tracking computer on there.

Your way over tanked... as well as Omni tanked

Pull your rigs to at least 2 cap rigs, then if you must have a tank rig fit for the Explosive hole. You should only need 1x LAR II and 3 rat spec hardeners, 2x main 1x off dmg type. You can fit for 2x lar and 4x rat spec resists, at first and as you get more comfortable switch to 1xlar 3x hardners, and fit mag stabs in the open slots. Also a tracking enhancer in the mid may end up working alot better for you. You should train to LAR II asap and spend the one extra level to get to Hardner II's.

Also the regenerative is pretty worthless, better to run a DC or EANM instead.

*sigh* If a person is posting a fitting using T1 Meta items why would you respond with obviously T2 fittings?

To the OP-

Fiting a 3-4 slot tank based on the damage type of the mission you are doing. In the case of Serp/Guri you want Kinetic/Thermal, no need to fit EM and Explosive. It would like like this:

1x Large Rep (A Large Faction Rep can be a good and not so expensive chice here, Amarr Navy)
2x Active Harders, one Kin and one Therm
1x Energized Adaptive Nano Mem or a Damage Control Unit. I personally like the DCU sicne it doesn't have a stacking penalty and gives you a hull buffer.

As stated above try and fit some Mag Stabs, they will help with your DPS.

As far as mids go you can run 5 if needed, but it also helps to have an AB fitting for moving around in missions. Sitting still is a bad idea and some missions have travel involved. Rigs should be cap rigs or rigs that help with the armor rep.

Highs are whatever guns you can fit,Prototype 350's have good tracking, but cost a pretty penny.

Thank you very much for your advice. But I have a question. If I follow your setup (with 3 CCC on my rig) Is it enough to keep the large rep running?
I have tried to run the large rep with 5 cap rechargers, but the capictor draining speed is still faster than the recovering rate...

This is why I recommend the cap booster and the not-too-hard-to-obtain T2 items.

call me an elitist ******* if you like but you should really have some t2 hardeners (hull upgrades 5, but like battleship), and cap rechargers (energy upgrades 3, really?) by the time you make it to level 4s. and not like it is all that hard to swap for meta items.

tbh I like Liang's fit best but so many people can't stand the effort to use a cap injector. I really like them as it lets you add a lot of gank/utility (see the ab and 3 tracking comps), overweights the slight micro management factor by a lot.

also cap stability is often rather dependent on skills

lastly throw some 425s on there ugh
