Hiya, a very quick question, do subsystems act like rigs? as in if i were to repackage a t3 cruiser, would they be destroyed, or would they be put in my items?

No. If you repack your T3 cruiser, you get your subsystems back intact.

Another quick question: I know that everyone says that you can't assemble T3's in space, but can you swap subsystems in space at a SMA?

No, only in a station or outpost.
