depends 100% on the ship
depends even more against who you fight
depends an aweful lot on your skills
depends insane amount on what modules exactly

Skills you should have these skill (between () prefered).

Energy Grid Upgrades 3 (4)
Energy Management 3 (4)
Energy Systems Operation 4 (5)

Armor Rigging 1
EM Armor Compensation 3 (4)
Explosive Armor Compensation 3 (4)
Hull Upgrades 4 (5)
Jurry Rigging 3
Kinetic Armor Compensation 3 (4)
Mechanic 4 (5)
Repair Systems 4
Thermic Armor Compensation 3 (4)

Then a basic "armor tank" looks like for guristas:

Lows:
Large 'Accommodation' Vestment Reconstructer I
N-Type Thermic Hardener I
N-Type Thermic Hardener I
N-Type Kinetic Hardener I
N-Type Kinetic Hardener I
Adaptive Nano Plating II (eanm preffered)

Mids:
2 to 3 Cap Rechargers tech2

Rigs:
0 to 3 CCC rigs

ps: Use tech2 modules (except rigs) where you can fit them

RedClaws
Amarr
Macabre Votum
Morsus Mihi

What you posted Setuna is a perfectly fine basic all-round armor tank.

You should also look at the "energized adaptive nano plating" module and the armor compensation skills.

A "damage control" will also assist an armor tank.

Try looking for a program called Eve Fitting Tool or EFT on these forums, it'll help you build and tweek your ship fittings.
