Hire the merc corps and take the player alliance system to its logical "barbarians at the gate" conclusion...invade empire space.

Another idea:
go into one of the most populated/traveled systems, such as Jita, and broadcast a ffa cruiser fight. Give each participant 15 mill and then have a massive FFA at a lowsec planet. Winner gets 10bill or something.

Step One: Fit up a Faction Battleship. Fancy Fittings such as officer fits aren't needed, though faction fits would be best..

Step Two: Hire a bunch of people to attack you in enemy faction frigates. (CNR Attacked by a swarm of Gallente Comets)

Step Three: RP the entire thing. Do it in a system like Dodixie, screaming out that the State will never fall to the Federation. Include numerous cease fire calls. Maybe have the Gallente leader in a Navy Mega, sitting off a few dozen km.

Step Four: Eventually go down in flames amidst the wreckage of dozens of Comets, screaming that they can never destroy the State's spirit.

((The factions themselves can be changed..Guristas/Caldari, Amarr/Minmatar...But it'd be an amazing battle, especially if RPed and put up on youtube. See if you can hire an ISD to come spectate, or a GM in a pretty Polaris to show up and talk about how the Jove are disappointed in the conflicts raging.))

Just an idea. I'd certainly love to be one of the Comet pilots, or the Mega pilot.

Celebrate the holiday of your choice by holding a Jita Grand Fireworks Show!

Hire merc corps to continously suicide in smart bombing battleships outside Jiat 4-4 and fraps all the pretty fireworks.

After they recover from their fanfest hangovers, CCP will remember they said something about the need for speed some time ago and alter the game to make this behaviour impossible on the basis that it improves database speed. The change will become known as "The Leowen Patch".

Forum trolls will start more threads on the topic than they did on unholy rage thus ensuring that your name lives forever!

I'm gonne start doing this! :) Ill send updates, so you can come see... :)

1) Do a weekly contest for 100 million on who can perform the greatest act of depravity upon fellow dwellers of New Eden. All of which recorded for your casual entertainment.

2) Pay 50 million isk per kill mail of suicided hulks

3) Give 5 million isk per every forum thread featuring you, destroying all eve forums

4) Give 30 million isk for people to leave their corps, thus destroying all the hard work of their CEO

5) Derelict ships of all classes in low sec, each containing a bookmark in another region which leads to another ship with the same concept. Intermittently anchor cans with clues as to where to go next. Create a galaxy wide treasure hunt with the grand prize of 10 billion isk.

6) Create a low sec market hub with all items selling for 20% of their value and watch the destruction

6) Pay 10 million isk per post for someone to create an eve blog about you and all of your exploits [completely fictional]

it might have been suggested already but Create the biggest 1 day KB stat in Eve History and Shut down Jita for a Saturday, wardec as many major alliances/factions as possible for the day then hire every player willing to sit in a insured BS and camp Jita 4-4 in torp suicide ravens and smartythrons and basically suicide every single ship coming or going for the entire day, wipe out the entire usual suspects of station-campers is a surprise attack then continue to camp the station without mercy until:

A: the entire local runs out of battleships and fittings
B: the insurance system breaks
C: the concord attendance is so high jita actually collapses

As a long time carebear the lolz factor of using all your carebear profits to murderise all the PVP comers and goers and set a 1 day KB record would be an epic feat.

500 players + insured losses = profit.

What I would do?

Idea Make an offer to purchase the character of the person I reviled the most in EVE and reprocess the character. Bonus points for Eve celebs.

Idea Go on a hunting expidition in which I would try to kill one of every ship with one of every ship (within reason) in the game.

Exclamation Ransom ISD. YARRRR!!

Start a new corp - name it as you like and start giving people free cheap ships with only one condition - a name for the ship will be given by you.
accept as many new players as you can afford. and see a lot of covetors "Leowen" roam through the galaxy.
Make some challenges inside your corp with some prizes. Start tournaments, support your own tournament team.

Firstly people will know you, people will thank you (you gave them their first free ship) and finally you will get some recognition and respect.

I know it is not mean at all, but I think in the end a person wants other people to remember him somehow.

U have got fortune as a business man in eve now u may want to get some recognition as a person.

Prove that you can't bring peace to low sec no matter the player effort because lowsec is in itself broken.

1. Pick a region with low sec. Any region you like, Forge may be unsuitable but otherwise go with it.

2. Create an alliance named "XY sector security" for your merc companies to join.

3. Hire every merc company that you can get your hands on to move to that place. Pay them a billion up front to set up POS and what not and to get them interested. Give them a week to prepare everything.

4. Have all those merc companies patrol and parade through the low sec parts of that region 24/7. Have them announce - whenever they in a group of 5 or so enter one of those low sec systems that they're the local private police or somesuch.

5. Have them blow up every, and I mean absolutely every red blinky guy they can find. Pay 100 millions reward for every red blinky psycho griefer guy that gets podded that's older than a month and flying something other than a shuttle and a rifter (to prevent them from logging into their alts) conversely deduct a corp a day's pay or three when they blow up an innocent civilian.

6. Fly yourself periodically through that low sec space in an alt and mine at the belts. If you get blown up, deduct them a day's pay because they obviously didn't manage to make the system safe.

7. After a month of this, write down your results because what you did was a scientific experiment and publish it.

8. CCP reads said report, low sec gets fixed, you did something epic.

Get a 0.0 sys and hire mercs to keep it safe. Then give access to every player in NPC corp with limits on ship sizes(no bigger then retriver,battlecruiser...)open a couple of POS there to refine the ore, loot have a market etc(with a percentage for yourself).

Mercs should keep anything bigger than agreed ships out of the sys and everyone in player owned corporations out.

This will enable new players to learn to live in 0.0 in a somewhat safe enviroment and get used(gradually) that is is expected to lose ships,pods,etc..

p.s.Also post every week a safe coridor to reach that 0.0 sys(mercs will provide security).

p.p.s.You would be hailed for all times for enabling new players to experience Eve the way it's supposed to be played and not ganked or gatecamped whenever they try to go solo to 0.0.

Consider giving Red vs Blue free ships and gear. As we fly cheap fleets mostly it wont cost a lot of money. The kudos you'll receive will make it worth while though :)

Free rancer from pirates. Hire enough merc corps to keep it safe from pirates for half a year. Deploy cans at gates asking for donations to keep rancer free from pirates. Lower the lenght of travel between minmatar/gallente space to jita by some 15 jumps. That would be pretty epic.

Pay someone to follow you around all day announcing that you're in local and what you're doing in a spiffing manner. Then get them to make an eve video of them just following you, but it has to be an epic epic epic video.

Katamari Damacy day!

Start on a Saturday in a backwater system in highsec. I recommend you fly a domi, both because they are tough enough to resist gankers who might try to spoil your fun and because they are round. Very Happy

Announce in local that the first five people to follow you to the next system will receive 10mil each (with 10m more per system after that). Orbit a station while you wait for people to arrive. Instruct them to orbit you at 500m. until you reach your target number of people, then tell them to align, warp, and jump. Repeat in the next system, but now asking for 10 more people to orbit you at 1km. Keep doing this, with your ball of ships getting bigger and bigger like a snowball rolling downhill.

(mechanics: you might want to start with a group of friends, people who can help you with the payouts. CCP would likely appreciate it if you inform them of the path of your megablob prior to departure, especially if your ultimate destination is Jita)

What can you do with a giant wad of ships?
- align them toward Jita 4-4 and find out if it's nailed down
- shoot one neighbor. Can CONCORD even get close enough to shoot you?
- why stop with one? You'll never have so many people in a smartbomb kill radius.
- sing!

LOL... if this is for real, there's a couple of things I would do.

I would spread the joy out over time, by paying out isk to people who will do various embarrassing things. Have a karaoke contest for isk using EVE voice in the local channel. Go to a gate, and find two (or more) people who will duel, instantly, in what they are in when they jump through the gate. Make people write a 10 page single spaced essays on why they should get isk, what they want to do with it, and why they think you are the bomb. Make the price high enough and you should be able to do this. Go to local and offer a billion isk for the first person to create and post a video of themselves doing some particular stupid activity on youtube and link in local (like making out with an office chair... bonus isk if you use tongue). (set a time limit by which they can participate).

Best of all would then be to Fraps the whole thing, and create an epic eve video about how there is no limit to what people would do for isk. (Obviously the easiest thing to do would be to hire someone to do all the frapsing and editing using some of that isk)

This may have been mentioned....

Pay a few people to buy every single sell order of neodymium, Platinum, Sylramic Fibers, and Titanium Carbide in eve till Dominion starts. (leave the scammer high sell alone)

It will drive the ship builders crazy and might even make you some isk.

EDIT: But leave one unit of each item when you buy it all out. And when someone buys that one unit.. put up another one unit at normal sell price. (Instead of playing the .01 isk game play the one unit game) Smile
