Well after a few months of cashing out (>8m T2 components took a while to shift!), I only have a handful of T2 prints left but now have just over 1,000,000,000,000 ISK cash. Yay!

But errrr what now? I don't play much so I won't be doing anything at all high-maintenance. I want lots of ideas please, so to that end I will pay a 1B ISK prize to the best idea per page on this thread. Best might not be most profitable, it might be easiest, most innovative, most outrageous, most vindictive, or just plain most funny!

Bring on the ideas.

Oh, and if you believe yourself to have a truly genius idea that can make oodles of money, feel free to mail me privately in-game. You have nothing but my word that if I use it I will reward you handsomely, and if I don't I won't mention it to anyone else.

since you seem to be the Bill gates of eve with that much ISK
corporate espionage as some have suggested, take over the market with brute force :P

or do the Noble thing and donate to the Bodrul Fund ;) (couldnt resist with that)

but on a serious note
with that much isk i would prob get couple of Faction ships and Fit them with Faction gear and weapons and go out and just get into fights (thats just me)

A lot of people are having a good time in RvB right now, but the market in the area isn't the greatest.

You could buy all of the T1 pvp mods/ships in Jita and have Red Frog ship them down where we are and list them all in 1 station for 105% what you paid. Everyone here would love it and you would probably even make your money back! It probably wouldn't even take 10B (and Red Frog would be busy for a while)!

You could also stay a bit and shoot it up with us!

That's a worthy cause, then again, to find 12 women worthy of actually putting on a calendar that play EVE might be a tall order to fill.

(1) Buy your way onto the CSM (and go to fanfest free)

Run a CSM campaign with a thread where people register to vote for you, and pay out X isk to each of them if you win. Or bribe whole alliances to vote for you en masse.

Do this in the CSM season that comes with a free trip to fanfest/Iceland courtesy of CCP: you get the power to have a voice on what happens in the game design and get a free RL trip to Iceland.

(2) LOL-RP

Talk to CCP about whether you could be placed into the storyline in return for having the isk zero'ed out: along the lines of a wealthy pod-pilot benefactor putting their immense fortune to use in story-terms to effect some kind of political change of your choice -- its a cool idea, very EVE-like, and they may go for it.

(3) Destroy something irreplaceable

Buy all of the T2 BPOs for one mod or ship, all the unique ships of a certain class, etc. Then trash them while keeping a video of what you are doing. Post to YouTube.

(4) Buy a titan fleet

Buy a fleet fully made of titans; break entire weak alliances with your uberships and a handful of friends (hire mercs to down cyno jammers).

(5) Artificial Shortage

Choose one component of building other stuff: say a datacore or type of moongoo. Buy up all of it across EVE. Watch results. Again, video of you hitting trash it on YouTube

start a weekly or monthly free lottery available to the entire eve community. every drawing you give away 1-12 plex cards. eventually it will get so popular that you will probably get donations and plenty of ideas from other users to help fund new ideas.

Go to fanfest. You'll see what I mean.

There is some very good-looking female EVE players, that's for sure. I think you could find 12 easily.

Donate enough to Eve Uni and/or other reputable organizations so that they can give all new members 10 fitted frigates (as Goonswarm does). Too many new players are afraid of losing ships; this becomes a habit they never break, and they go on to fill Eve's local channels with emo raging and boring smacktalk when their ships get pwnt, instead of just laughing and getting back to the fight.

Rent a vent/teamspeak server for isk and send an email to all your friends, coworkers, family etc telling them to sign up for a trial in Eve and that you will pay for their first subscription in isk and any ship losses they incur. Roll a fresh alt with some corp skills and get everyone in one corp and on vent. Pay some well known corps to "mentor" you for a week, perhaps your corp could spend a week in a merc alliance helping out with a contract, a week in RvB another in a pvp/carebear 0.0 alliance and maybe join pirates for another week (sec status could be an issue) but you get the idea. Convince yourself you are playing for the first time.

A lot of people in eve are constantly making isk with some goal in mind, starting manufacturing, getting a pos, buying a pimped ship etc but a lot of them have some pretty funny ideas. Find out what amount people need to do whatever it is they want and give them it on the condition they blog at least one entry on your blog about it. I dont mean investing in things that are necessarily going to net you a return I mean people like the guy who went on a quest to visit every system in eve (he must hate wormholes), the group who are protesting about something or other just now and are blowing up 100's of shuttles outside stations in dodixe, the guy who spent all his time in 5 years of eve in one system in Stain and is now trying to make it a noob friendly trade hub.

Find these people and set them on the loopy journey they yearn for while you and everyone else can enjoy what they get up to.

1. Host a noob-ship war. And only allow civilian moduels on the ship. Offer a prize for the winner/winners.

2. Bribe CCP to introduce new items into the game, such as Vodka.

Either of those two would be very amusing to watch or make happen. Its what id attempt to do if I had the iskies to share anyways. Sad

This would have to be done in conjunction with CCP.

Creation Of New Content With The Payout From Your Fund:

CCP creates various monuments around EvE with your name and face on it. People come to the monument and using level one hacking of any faction they are given a clue about where they need to go and what they need to do to get another clue. (The requirements ie clues and locations are determined by CCP as well and the number of places they need to go to get the payout)

What CCP Would Get:

With part of your fund, you setup a group of game experts who would solicit ideas about game modifications and suggestions. Yes there already are suggestions thrown out there on the forums but there are so many that CCP must spend lots of man hours digging through all the suggestions to find some good one.

You would pay the experts isk to run a thread much like yours here asking for valid suggestions and those people who send in workable or novel suggestions that a majority of your experts agree on would then receive isk just like you are giving out isk here.

The amount of isk given out for suggestions can vary depending on the complexity of the idea/suggestion given.

1. Wait until walking in stations appears, then create the Walmart of EVE.

2. Same idea except with bars/pubs, except all the drinks are free.

3. Buy out everything in Jita, all of it, then re-list at a higher price. Pay someone (mercs, something like that) to gank all the ships that could resupply Jita. Profit.

Bribe an ISD member into giving you a Polaris frigate.

Failing that, buy every item that Entity is missing, and charge him enough that you will have even more than a trillion isk.

Faction Warfare! Interview some corps who are active in FW and once you decide on the best candidate fully fund that Faction so they can claim complete dominance over Eve. This will be along the lines of the epic space grab BOB and Goons did in null sec but you could actually get a large number of people in low sec space if they knew that their Faction was going to pick up the tab for destroyed ships.

The real kicker is, split the money and fund the enemy as well. You will basically become Space's largest weapons dealer, as you will hire industrial corps to build and sell at the major hubs surrounding FW. If you see that Caldari is getting the upper hand, hand a few hundred billion to the Minmatar so they can recruit pilots and fit ships to smack the Caldari down.

Along those lines, refuse to fly anything other than Minmatar. Put out contracts for kill mails for people flying Caldari ships. You could alter the way people think about Eve, get more people in low sec than CCP ever accomplished and the entire thing could be blogged for eventual input into Eve Magazine.

Just my thoughts...

Find some way to cause people to belittle themselves for pixelated money.
For example:
Run a contest.
Create an eve chat room.
Pay a corp to monitor the channel 24/7.
Whoever types compliments to you once at least every 5 minutes for the longest time wins a large sum of isk.
Make sure the compliments change to prevent bots.
See how long some pathetic soul will kiss ass.

edit: hmm, come to think of it, I think I just kissed ass for pixelated money by typing this. crap...

give it all away to random people until you have have literally zero net worth left.

Then see if you can beat the time it taken you previously to amass that wealth. Nothing like a good challenge Laughing

One word... bot.

Here's some ideas...

What I would do with a Trillian ISK... first I would go PVP in marauders, just because that would be epic. Then I would fund every corp at war with Star Fraction, because they're... unliked. I would pay to have people kill SF's Titan.

Buy all the titan BPOs(researched) then produce! You seem like an industrial type of guy, lotto some off, sell the others to major alliances(you could even get into the mothership business): 500billion

and fit out yourself a sexy nightmare for missioning :D: 50 billion

Edit: Id probably put 100billion into investments to

use the other 450 billion into t2 production or collectibles

Not sure why you feel the need to earn ISK if you already have a trillion ISK.

If you're some massive industrial juggernaut that I don't know about, my apologies - but people with a trillion ISK aren't looking for good ways to make ISK because they've got it figured out already.

It kind of makes me doubtful that you have a trillion ISK. *shrugs* To each their own. Want to do something fun? Copy the last two years of my Eve life and do the same with your ISK that I have. Contests, giveaways, "Who Wants to be a Billionaire" contests, fit out 100 billion ISK officer fit ships.

But if you have a trillion ISK, you have no reason to be looking for more. And if you're a greedy trillionaire, then you know how to make ISK better than 99% of the Eve population. And being in that elite 1%, you KNOW who the other 1% are, and how tightly they/we/whomever guard purse-strings, and know that you'll get nothing out of it.

Well, there's a very famous movie called "Truman show". If you don't know it, it's about a man who lives in a big "dream world". An entertainment company filmed him all his live, from his birthday to his first kiss. Everyone he ever met was an actor who had a role to fill, even his best friend isn't real at all.

My idea is to hire a BIG number of actors, everyone with a specific role. Invite a friend to EVE, or pick some random person and make him the "Truman". You control what he sees in EVE, who he meets, who will cheat him and who will make friends with him. You could greatly influence that person. It would be great fun and will make you feel like some god of EVE.
At some time you might decide to reveal the truth and watch the reaction, maybe the victim will hate you, maybe you will become good friends. If you want to you could give him the money that remained for a kick start in the "real" EVE.

Some risks:
- somebody tells the victim
- victim finds out by himself (warps around to discover and finds Jita)
- people you hired don't play their roles properly
- you or some person you trust and who organizes the show must always be online to watch all the steps of the victim. Maybe you have to intervene if he decides to do something you don't like.
