1) Obtain a negative sec status
2) Place a trillion ISK bounty on yourself
3) Retire from EVE and live forever in infamy. Your face will be on every concord billboard for the rest of EVE's history (once CCP gets them working). In years to come, noobs will fly by and see the unimaginable bounty on your head and whisper in hushed tones "My God, who WAS this man?" Your stern visage will haunt their dreams as they imagine the dark and terrible deeds you must have committed.

Won't work.

Look up "DarkElf". He has a 4,7bill bounty, but doesn't show up on the Most Wanted list.

Hi there.

If I had 1 Trillion ISK I would create an alt for myself and then go to the newbie starting areas and ask players for help (not beg) and the people that go out of their way to help you then reward them nicely. Like a secret trillionaire thing. I'd make it into a blog too. So people know who the good people are and who the people are that are just un helpful people. Everyone knows the EVE has the biggest learning curve of all games so people there to help with the learning curve would be a good addition to the game. :-)

I like this, though it is a bit more demanding time-wise than I can handle, but I will run with a slightly modified version. 1B will be with you in a wee while for best Page 1 suggestion.

Keep them coming. This time I was tempted by philanthropy, but who knows, the next time it could be an idea that makes me a truly evil bast^&% - with an alt of course Twisted Evil

EDIT: Just catching up with Page 2, and just wanted to note I decided on this one before the commendations above. Good to see people agree though.

Hi there.

Wow, its nice that you found my idea to be the best idea on page 1. I thank you even more for the 1 Billion ISK I found when I logged onto my account. I'm going to use that money to invest in something else and hopefully get to be able to pay for PLEX's each month. Thank you so much for the ISK and I hope you spend your money wisely, you have clearly spent the hard time to earn it. :-)

I can suggest one thing really.

Try to retire from all you have known sofar in EVE, then make a new account and run around with a Rifter.

Discover the fun again.

Then when you are ready for a next step, put together a nice band of young pilots with some solid skillplans and a bit of industrial backing and become a mad roaming crazy gang ready to burn space just when people think they are finally getting settled again after the Dominion changes.

You can add a few twists, set up a video encoder, stream a client live to the web during such trips. Add a betting pool on survivability. Etc.

You ever watched some of the videos on evetube?

You ever seen a video of someone constantly hotdropping several motherships on people? :)

Id take that isk and buy a couple chars (or talk to soem very trusted ppl and buy em a mothership) and roam around making videos of you going into amamake and hotdropping like 5 motherships onto gangs of ppl every day. Take em to rancer...flatten the gatecamp there. Just do crazy stuff with em, would get you epic e-fame and your name would be synonimous with epic mothership combat :) look at that cute little motherships ZOMFG!!!!

Awesomeness in a can :)

How about buy out the remaining tickets in the BIG Triple Titan Lotto?

Then either give any titans you win to so random names you pick off the forums or buy char and dd random people or do the jump bridge service that some else suggested

Gather up a ton of other rich people, get them all to put feeder corps together, luring tons of industrialists in.

Go out to 0.0 after Dominion, revive Xetic.

Then ransom them all after they have moved tons of stuff over and have invested trillions of isk in big 0.0 ventures by playing out a few bigger alliances over the loot.

But seriously, the guy with the rifter idea has a point. After hitting one or more T a lot of things become subject to fatigue. A fresh young fast character focused just on rediscovering the wonders of EVE, either alone or ideally with other starting players is a wonderful thing.

That video thing, I think Chribba still has scripts for that, if I remember correctly once upon a time he had a windows media server running for something of an experiment. It was fun, albeit with technical limitations at the time.

Love that betting idea tho. Friday Night Rifter Night betting.

You could make me happy and donate me a couple of bil and let me play for a long time without worrying too much.
Or donate me 100 bil and let me play for ever :)

Making a man happy: priceless.

Scavenger Hunt

Place Secure, password protected cans around New Eden. Put notes in them in the form of named bookmarks. The names could refer to a website for a clue, or a just a bookmark leading to the next can, or a password to a portion of a website that tells where the next can is. (This will work best if you are able to lock down the contents of the cans so others can't take it.)

Some will lead to others which will lead to expensive loot, or a bookmark that entitles that person to trade to you for liquid ISK.

Some cans will lead to POSes that will shoot the player down. Twisted Evil

Seeing as that may be a bit of work to set up, you could pay someone to do it.

If that is too much work you could do one of the following:

Buy all the T2 BPOs in the game, or as much as you can afford, and either profit or don't use them and remove the complaint from these forums that T2 BPOs are ruining invention. Granted, not everyone will sell to you, though. Hire mercs to try to intimidate them.

Bribe directors of GoonSwarm to disband, if possible.

I liked the idea of using the fund for an annual prize, think that would be great with the community voting for

1) best player-made video (day of darkness II springs to mind)
2) most helpful player - we need these when starting out! Some players aren't exactly kind to those of us
starting out, and this game has a brutal learning curve
3) best pvp'er - perhaps make a 1v1 tournament in your name?
4) biggest mistake - consolidation prize for bringing a laugh to the coommunity?

though personally as a new(ish) player I would....
1) build a station and fill it with exotic dancers, making it a mecca when WIS comes out....
2) bribe goons to move into empire for a while and run caldari navy missions
3) buy a titan, just because you can
4) give out PLEX to people who help out new players
5) buy all the multifreq crystals in amarr space and move them into minnmatar space
6) rename Jita after yourself
7) free all the minnmatar slaves
8) see someone trying to scam new players with crates outside the station labeled free stuff?
- hire every merc in game to terrorise them for a few days
9) create a galaxy-wide race, starting from one side and ending on the other, everything bar cynojumping is allowed,
- call it wacky racers 2....
10) hire all the mercs in game and create a blob to end all blobs...
11) create a shuttle-only tournament
12) it has been done before, but hand out 100s of ships randomly accross empire
13) create a massive, synchronised fleet that spells out your name - amarr BSs are shiny!
14) hand out properly fitted T1 cruisers to new players to give them a jump start in the game

that's all I can think of now.... congratulations anyway - you got a lot more zeros then me!

Audit log secure cans in slightly obscure places.
A caretaker account paid with GTCs to maintain the cans.

Names of the cans ask a question or riddle.

People can deposit items in the cans.

Periodically read the log on the cans. People who successfully answered the question and put the correct item in the can, get a prize.

Now, what you can do with this, to avoid people simply opening the can and seeing what others have put in, and putting in the same, without having solved the riddle is this:

When you create a bookmark, you can enter a fair amount of text into the description. So that's what you use. Answers to the riddle on a bookmark, placed in the can. They'll have to put their name on the bookmark too, obviously. Other people are then unable to see what the answer was, and have to solve the riddle themselves.

Caretaker comes along, collects the bookmarks, reads descriptions, awards prizes.

invest in this: for the lolz in either way: scam or some serious action going on against goons. though, i think it is a scam :/

Don't know if this one will work since I've never bought/used a PLEX.

Take half your isk (or whatever) and buy 100 years worth of plexes. Apply them all to your account. Wait. If Eve ever shuts down (10 or 20 years in the future, it will probably happen eventually) you will still have "paid" for years and years of game time. They may be forced to refund you for all of your unused game time.

Probably not the nicest thing to do to CCP though.

1. Print out the "What would I do with 200B isk thread" and then get 5 darts.
2. Toss the darts at the printouts.
3. Do them.
4. ????
5. Profit (?)

Hire ~1000 or so pilots in frigates, hop in a Titan, and arrange the most epic DD aftermath screenshot in EVE history before they remove the area effect DD.

Posted - 2009.10.16 18:49:00 - [81]

Follow these instructions very CAREFULLY

3. Get a gf maybe some children?
4. oh and did i mention to transfer some of the isk to me?

okthxbye Laughing nah i kid kid but on a serious note you could make another thread and do something along the lines of what would you do for 100 billion isk? i'm sure you could get all kinds of weird stuff Shocked and that doesn't necessary mean only in-game stuff if u know what i mean!

1. Edify the masses
Hire someone to read/type the entirety of one of the great works of western civilization in Jita local (possibly The Wealth of Nations).

2. Annoy the powerful
Hire mercs to "decorate" goon space with pro-BoB container artwork and anti-goon propaganda messages. If you are a goon then do the same but spend twice as much.

The Great Station Warehouse Giveaway!

Buy a big stack of station warehouses.

Assemble them, giving them names like "Moon Minerals", "T2 BPOs"

Give them to random people in station.

Secretly laugh, as the unfortunate recipients of your generosity are then unable to repackage or trash said warehouse for 3 weeks.

- buy a huge amount of corpses for lets say one 1m a piece
- put them in ships piloted by alt chars
- buy a huge amount of exotic dancers
- put them in a ship piloted by yourself (this is your party crew)
- pick a name from the dead people you have
- announce that you will have the deads ship(s) blown up/selfdestruct (this will make the dead bodies float in space) and that the player who can contract you the specific body you picked before gets a reward

to add some evilness you could have a couple of smartbomb battleships on standby that hotdrop on all the little scavangers grabing dead bodies - and produce more dead boddies Twisted Evil

sit in your ship like a king, surrounded by all the exotic dancers and enjoy the show

Some ideas:

1) You could give me 1 trillion just because I'm a good trader and I'm playing EVE for just 3 weeks, with this money I can make 2 trillion ISK and pay you back... then we have two trillionaires and we could post a topic about what to do with 2 Trillion ISK! Yay!

2) Buy friends and proove that it's possible to buy friends with money changing the modern philosophy for ever!!!

4) Find out how much it costs to make someone turn gay in EVE (Everybody has a price lol)Laughing

3) Pay for me english lessons in EVE because I'm from Brazil and my english is very BAD!Crying or Very sad

Pick up someone (maybe making a contest) to write your biography in-EVE so you can link it in your bio in-game, in the EVEwiki and in your future cosmos-New Eden page. Make the contestants follow you for some time and write your adventures to decide who will have the privilege of writing the history of your EVElife.

give rewards for best kill, worst kill, funniest, best emorage, best tears, etc... just giving money to cause havoc would cause myself, and i'm sure others endless hours of enjoyment. Wink
