Well things are going great and we are pulling out billions. 13 days in the C5 and we've pulled down 4.6 Billion so far. We are now looking to expand further and bring in a Carrier to help our operations further. Join up and get involved in it.

Yesterdays payout for the week ranged from 46-250 million per member, with the average at 112. 3-6 more consistent, active members flying RR battleships would increase our ability to turn out combat sites greatly.

Some basic requirements for your BS:
The closer to 100k effective HP the better.
Min 1k volley damage, ability to hit *well* at 80-90 km, to get dps on the sleeper BS asap.
At least 1 RR in the high slots. We have several domi's who run drone boats and fill their highs with reppers, and are of a huge value to us. A couple more people who can go that route would be great.
Armor tanks are *greatly* preferred. Shield tanking race pilots can fit armor tanks, we have several armor tanked ravens that do great for us, including the CEO's.

Ability and patience to gas mine is always a plus.

This sounds like what I'm looking for. But, looks like I'll need a whole lot more SP before applying.

If one were to derive a training plan to suit the corps needs, what skills would you consider being the biggest assets? I read above that you've got several Domi drone pilots running remote reppers. I'm currently flying a drone domi and working to fully fit it with T2 parts, so I would be happy to fill that sort of position in your corp initially.

10 million SP is a guide because we feel its a good marker to someone being able to fit a mostly T2 RR battleship who can fill the other requirements. We do need a couple of people who dont mind filling the logistics role, if you're down with that and you can fit a cap stable domi with 3-4 large remote armor reppers (hint: the key is the Large Remote Repair Augmentor I rigs, not CCC rigs) and can fit a pretty solid armor tank (ie, you have hull upgrades V or are working on it now or very shortly), we can work with you.

Ah that's great news then. I'd be happy to support logistics while I build my skills in the meantime. I've got hull upgrades V next on my list to fit t2 hardeners anyways, so I'll check out how my core skills can handle the RRs/rigs and let you know what kind of timeframe I'd need to be ready. My time in EVE so far has been dedicated to solo L4 missioning, so most of my skill points are invested into armor tanking and drone skills already.

I'll try to catch you in EVE and we can discuss further before I set up a formal application through the corp website.
