This list is intended for rapid-lookup of ships as you travel through PvP systems. If you use the Encounter Rate version, all common ships are on the first two pages.

Nice idea.

A few ideas on what can be improved:
-Landscape layout, one ship per line, allowing for
-More Information: %age for bonuses, slot distribution etc.?

While, I don't have any real use for it myself, I like the idea. It's not how I would've done it, and that's part of the key, these things will and should be rather personal. I would've typed their main strength and probably just made an icon out of it, to get more info on less space. I would've pointed out their resistance holes for all t2 ships and let out rather obvious or irrelevant data.

For example Griffin means ECM. I don't really need to know how many lows it got or that it gets a cap bonus.
or even better example, the Rapier.
Right now it says Rapier M 464 40 M Projectile RoF, Target Painter, Stasis Web Range.
What's important to know about a rapier is that it's A) Webbing and B) Cloaking.

I'm not sure the Helios Thermal Drone bonus is at all vital enough to be mentioned and distracting - as you put it - in the heat of pvp. And I have no ide what you mean by the topic of "Frigate, in-warp cloaker OR Cyno, probe bonus". They can all fit covert cynos, but none get a bonus for it. For recons, the cloakie ones get bonus, the non-cloaky gets nothing, neither the ability to light covert, a bonus nor a cloakbonus.

Basically what I'm trying to say is, focus on what the ships are, what they do and how to counter. Details are great and all, but shouldn't clutter up what's really important. But that's just my view on it, and how I would do it. And I got no more displays left to keep a list up at anyway. ;)

'Maelstrom' is typoed in your 'Encounter Rate' PDF. I didn't bother reading any of the others. It's probably typoed in those as well.

@Ral Ulgur
I did consider more information, but I wanted to keep the most important information for PvP. I do agree that having bonus percentages would be nice, but for a lot of ships I couldn't find room.

Splitting the tables into one ship/line takes the tables to 5 pages; might be unwieldy to quickly look up a ship.

What did you mean by slot distribution, by the way? Turret/launcher hardpoints?

@Nonah
The reason I put high slots/faction was so you could deduce what weapons and modules it might be fitting. For instance, knowing the Punisher only has 2 medium slots means you know it can't have a web, scram, and AB/MWD. Knowing that the Rapier is minmatar means it'll be lighter on the drone bays and shields/armor, but fairly fast.

I'll look for a better way to present the Cyno/cloaking bonuses.

I didn't want to put too much information for the reason you specified; I'll go back and make the bonuses more concise. I really like the idea of symbols for at least different weapons and damage types; that might help the readability if I can use symbols everyone understands (the in-game ones, perhaps?)

Your last point ventures into the realm of a guide; my own opinions on how to counter everything would just be my take on it (and probably wrong), where I wanted this list to allow people to formulate their own tactics and strategies. A list like that from a good PvPer would be useful, though.

As a side note, I intend for a printable list; I don't have an extra display sitting around either.

@Bellum
Thanks for pointing that out. It has been fixed along with a few other typos will show up next release.

Given the reception, I take it this list isn't useful for anyone. Any comments from some of the other 97 people who viewed the list?

Also, just wanted to point out- nice job on the lists. Was just trying to be helpful with my typo comment, wasn't picking on your work. Keep it up.
