I have been doing lvl v's for 6 months and haven't come across this one, if it's your first I would decline and wait for a well documented mission, preferably not Angel.

That particular mission is against gallante. I know nothing about it other than it's gated and thus I can't do it in my carrier. It's also not on the eve survival guide.

I will appologize in advance for any typographical or grammatical errors as English isn't my native tongue.

I have done this mission against Gallente a few weeks back. At that time i coulnd't find any intel about it, but i felt daring and decided to go in anyway. Eventhough it stated as being against gallente i fitted my passive Nighthawk as omni tank, and went in solo.
It has four pockets and requires a hacking device to get the mission objective.
The mission features neutralizing towers, webbing and scrambling frigs and dampening battlecruisers.
I can't remember all the spawns, but the first pocket was fairly easy, the only things worth mentioning are some neuts and dampening battlecruisers.
In the second pocket i encountered some problem. I didn't know the triggers, and i must have killed of the wrong ships because i got overwhelmed pretty fast. The last spawn i triggered had 2 scrambling frigs, which i couldn't take care of in time, resulting in a fresh nighthawk wreck.
I went back in a new Nighthawk, passive tanked again, specificaly against gallente (heat 93% and kinetic 85%). With this setup i was able to dispatch everything with ease, getting nowhere near any kind of real danger.
The next two pockets went a lot easier as well. They didn't spawn as many ships as i managed to get in the second pocket. I didn't encounter any other scrambling frigates. I did see plenty neutralizing towers, webbing frigs and dampeners.
Note that in each pocket the cans will only yield one objective item, which means you have to hack the cans in all the last three pockets. Hacking a can might result in a spawn consisting of anything between 2 frigates and 5 battlecruisers.

I hope this will be helpfull, and i appologize that i don't remember all the spawns and/or triggers.

Edit: spelling
