3 neutrons, nossie

mwd, 7.5k scrambler, webber

aux power, two cap relays (or PDU if you need a bit more powergrid)

Some people prefer to use just 3 ions in high with no nossie, and try fitting a 400mm armor or a 10mn AB.

for tackling that one is good, but I would go for ions instead, and fill up the most CPR's on lows as possible and a smartbomb too. for frig-frig combat:

3ions + nos

mwd+web+ECM burst (very usefull for frig killing... use the best named you can find)

CPR's and mag stabs in lows.

I use ions cuz they usualy get better tracking than neutrons, and since they have a higher RoF than newts, the DoT is pratically the same.Smile

geh.... no neutrons, especially with that setup, you go off to name all this uber expensive faction loot then set it up like that? I find the most efficient damage dealing setup while leaving a lowslot open for a armor repairer, (great for 0.0 when you can dock) or a overdrive or nano to help make up the speed difference other intys usually have over you. Anyways 3 ion 2's, best named web and scrambler, along with a tech 2 mwd, and then in the lows put in 2 damage mods, with decent skills you easily get over 200 dps, gank indies in no time (which is pritty much one of the taranis's best features) and any inty that gets in range of your guns can kiss its ass goodbye. Especially crows, usually dead in abouty 3-4 salvos.... oh an before any of you start flaming me because i dont use a CPR cuz the taranis runs out of cap, if you cant kill a cruiser, frigate, or indy before your cap runs dry you need to seriously evaluate your skills, and how you are using the ship, you should be able to run the guns and the scrambler and webber for plenty long enough to kill anything less than a battleship. And i dont even have maxed out energy skills.
