Ok guys im very new to Armor/Turrets ships and made this Amarr BS pilot to do missioning and PVP here are the skills so far. Basically I have 5 more days to skill him up before I decide what to do with him.

Skills

Lemme be clear His main focus needs to be Amarr BS with a 2nd thought of Hac flying so please tell me what gaps he needs filled and in your opinions where I might have wasted SP`s in his creation so I avoid it on my next turret player.

Please make a 10 skill list of the most important skills you guys think and as much detail on the philosophy as why to do so. Im trying to understand in depth the reason why the good players do things so i can learn and not just copy. Also you can rant as much as you want :) and add longterm skills in seperate list and why if you want to.

Drones 5 - allows you to control 5 drones
scout drone operation 5 - gives T2 drones
Weapon Upgrades 5 - requ for awu
Advanced Weapon Upgrades 4 - gives Powergrid
Energy Management 5 - gives Cap
Engineering - gives Powergrid
Hull Upgrades 5 - gives T2 Hardener
Repair System 5 - faster Repaircycle on Armorreps


basicly everything that

.) gives you powergrid
.) gives you capacitor
.) gives you armor/armorresistance
.) is good for turrets
.) is good for scoutdrones

sidenote: you need droneskills to get rid of frigs and cruisers orbiting close to you as your guns wonŽt hit them.

Weapon Upgrades decreases the CPU requirements of weapons, thus giving you more CPU to work with.

Weapon Upgrades IV is sufficient for Heat Sink II or Tracking Enhancer II

You don't need A.W.Upgrades to fit T1 Megapulses on an Apoc.

yer my mistake, the normal wu gives cpu reduction.

iŽd never fit pulses for pve tbh, beam > pulse in pve.

But you do to fit T2s or beams, both of which are a good idea for P.V.E.

Forget about PvP in amarr BS for a long time, you really want T2 and that is a long trek. Get T2 mediums for the harbinger and work on your drone skills for the Arbitrator which you can then follow with the Curse / Pilgrim.
