Chapter 7 - Full Disclosure of Main and Alts

I have nine characters on three separate accounts.

First I have Priue Nvidess(miner/research), Caade Ren (regional market scout) and Sanshi Temin (regional market scout).

On my second account I have Dene Ouli (miner/mission running/possible research alt), Daan Tybolt (regional market scout) and Hemon Ren (regional market scout).

On my third account I have Temin Nevarro (Hauling/Market), Trent Nemann (regional market scout) and Zin Maya (regional market scout).

Chapter 8 - Exit Strategy

If the business fails I will sell all BPOs. As they have been researched by this point they should bring in more isk than I first bought them for. This will cover all investments as that is the one and only point of this IPO. If the blueprints were somehow destroyed I will then liquidate all of my personal assets as well as the corp itself and pay everyone the maximum amount that I am able to.

Chapter 10 - FAQ


Q: How do I know this isn't a scam?
I have too much at stake on my characters' reputations. If I scam you it becomes more difficult to make large sums of isk.

Q: How do you know you'll be successful?
I don't. Simply put, even if I am not successful in my goals the BPOs will be worth at least the value of the IPO, if not more. I have already researched the markets and with my background of being active in trading I believe that I can make a significant profit.

Q: Why are you doing this?
To have some fun and get involved more with the market community.


Q: Do you intend to have an audit done at some point?
An audit will be performed before any isk is requested or accepted.



Q: Will you ever buy back shares?
Once I have amassed enough isk to continue running the corporation and buyback the shares I will do so.


Q: Will you ever pay over 6% dividends?
I will reserve the right to pay over 6%. I will make any terms and conditions known and you will have a choice of accepting them or staying with 6%.


Q: What if someone War Decs Amarr engineering?
I will immediately withdraw my POS and keep all assets in station. If the war dec continues for several weeks I will look at the possibility of hiring a merc corp or joining an alliance.

Q: When is the start date for the IPO?
All investors will be able to buy shares on August 29th. Shares may be reserved before then. This is so I can set up my side of the business and get some BPOs ready so that I can send interest payments on time.
