I was playing with a Providence map for my corp IGB site.
What I wanted to do was to link the different systems shown on the map
using HTML image mapping.
When I load the page in IGB the different mapped areas are recognized by IGB but
if clicked they don't trigger any HTTP request to the linked resource. This happens both
with mapped areas to standard URI("http://www.google.com") and to EVE IGB URI("showinfo:5//30003277").
Useless to say that if I view the page in IE or FF the map works perfectly and I'm redirected to the linked resource with no troubles.
My question is: does anyone here know if the image maps are really supported?
I'm sure about the correctness of my code syntax as I've got mad in checking any single char,
and in the page I'm declaring first the map and than the image that has to use it.
Any help will be really appreciated.
Kind regards Citizens!
