This.

He has capital ships in hi-sec however he does not have any super capitals there as it is impossible, even for him.

While you're here, Chribba, do I dare ask how you managed to sneak capital ships into hi-sec in the first place?

Chribba is really GM Nova, so he just moved them there.

He simply build them in empire before there was a restriction placed on em

He built them there.
Really?

I thought maybe he snuck 'em in while CONCORD was incapacitated during the Thukker/Minmatar raid on Amarrian space.

Yeah, I only remembered that event just now. <_<;

or I build them there. Oh wait you said that already Mad

The Veldnaught was built in station at the time when you could use stations, the other dreads and carriers were built in a LSAA at my POS before the LSAA's were nerfed.

The Veldqual was the last one out, however CCP nerfed the LSAA merely hours before it was to be completed, hence rendering it moved to low-sec (since that's why the LSAA's were nerfed since they didn't want Rorquals in high-sec).

Will you sign my petition to move my MY carrier to high sec?

I see it as a bad form of political correctness to NOT move the Veldatar to Amarr. "But everyone should be treated equal, think of the whines we'd get if we'd be partial to a certain player/alliance. Remember what happened last time we were partial!".

In this case; **** em, move the Veldatar!

They did it already, capital ships are not allowed in high sec, so they moved all the capital ships out of it.
But "someone" cryied and they rolled it back.

How sad....

They did not move all capitals out, a GM decided to move my dread, and only that ship to low-sec due to a false petition. The reply I got back from the GM was that the move was a new rule change at CCP and that all capitals WOULD be moved out shortly.

That is what was the start of my thread, a "heads up" to all other owners that their ships would be moved. And the end of that story is that they reversed my move since the GM had made a misstake and there was NO change as far as high-sec capitals goes. However new rules were stated about their usage at that time.

So you seem to have gotten the facts a bit mixed up, perhaps with the Rorqual/LSAA event?

These kind of things should never happen, if we all sign for a player to be podded, or moved to another system forever, or deleted from the game, or WHATEVER... will ccp do that?
It's not a matter of good or bad, it's not a matter of how popular one can be, it's a metter of equality: if it cannot be done ingame, NOBODY can be allowed to have it, full stop.

PS for those kids: yeah yeah, keep on a writing error, crying instead of cring, what's the difference? you simple cannot argue, that's the reason of your stupidity. But if it makes you happy, go on.
