if by be killed instantly by concord do you mean kill the hulk before concord shows up and kills you, or do you mean without concord interfering at all?

cuz the first way bring more gank Twisted EvilYARRRR!!

the 2nd way is much harder as they are probably in npc corps, or will leave corp if they get wardecced.

Does the other Corp have to accept the War-Dec? Or can I just declare war? Thanks.

I would rather do the first way, is this possible? I hate these Hulks...

in a .5/.6 system 2 well fit/skilled cruisers will kill a hulk before concord shows up. as sec goes up so does concord response time so you will need more gank. and sec hits start to get nasty.

wardecs can be nice, the other corp has no option when wardecced they are in it Twisted Evil
although npc corps can't be wardecced, and people are likely to leave to npc corps when decced. Sad

I've seen this done with some success. An entire corp (sorry I forgot their name) holds a high sec system by intentionally bumping away any mining ship larger than a cruiser.

Bumping in high sec without a valid reason can be classified as griefing/harassment. Something the GM's will take care of if reported. They want to bump you, bump them back with CCP Laughing

Nope. Bumbing and annoying is allowed.

Correct. Noir. did lock down a single system (Hedion) from all mining ops of any significance. We were contracted to do it and were largely successful, but it took a lot of effort, several wardecs and a suicide gank or two, plus a lot of pilots working together. In general if there's a valid in-game reason for doing it (securing resources/territory, interfering with operations, etc), you're probably OK. If you're just doing it because you don't like miners, you're probably going to get warned or banzored.

Now someone just needs to test whether "they're mining the rocks I want to mine, so I'm preventing them from doing so and thus securing myself a competitive advantage" is a "valid" reason.

Or, mine in mission space where you can spawn all the rocks you can possibly mine (and then some).

Why shouldn't it be? If someone wants to be the sole miners of a system and waste millions of isk on high end mercs ensuring it - let them. Seems fairly silly to me though. There are, after all, a few thousand other systems "out there".
