Lethal Weapon of course, Rush hour 2 was good but 3 just seemed a bit stale, Die Hard films are up there..

Back to the future was awesome, toy story 2 was ok...lord of the rings, the two towers and return of the king, I mean pure epic with those two

imho young guns II was much better than the first
Indiana Jones and the temple of doom (the forgotten really one) is a really dark and quite frankly evil movie
I don't think the die hards belong in the list, for me the first one was ace and the others frankly a let down.
lord of the rings also doesn't really belong there as they were telling one huge story that would have been impossible to tell in one movie.
bill and teds bogus journey (much much) better than excellent adventure (cue air guitar)

If you haven't watched it, get and do so. Don't be put off by the fact that it is a western.

Oh, and Terminator might well be a very enjoyable film, the original is still better, and the sequel is marred by Edward Furlong, and that bloody 'thumbs-up' at the end.

The first one would be even better if it wasn't copied of Yojimbo. :)
Haven't read the rest of the thread, but if anyone says The Magnificent Seven, well ... that's also a copy of Seven Samurai.
If you haven't watched it, watch it.

Ditto on Battle Royale. 1 is fantastic, 2 is meh - director dying half way through making it might have contributed to it, but both pale if you read the manga. :)

PS: I remember watching Mad Max 1/2 on Bulgarian Television before the Iron Wall fell. :)

I was just about to rant about how no one posted X-Men 2, however I didn't like X-Men 3. It's no fun watching Superman in a world of supermen.
