5 Dimensions eh... well... I guess all those crack pot theories that all our technology for the past few decades coming from a downed alien ship near Roswell New Mexico were right.

well technically still only 3, but with wavelength selective returns. So it's still all stored in 3D space as normal, but because you can "write" the matrix in several wavelengths and each bit of data does not interfere with the others on a different wavelength they're calling it 5 dimensional.

It's just sophisticated 3D storage.

Omgrawr.

And okay, maybe 1.1tb per cubic centimeter is that delishis - but i'm at work right now and it would be inappropriate.

This **** is the reason I need a time machine... that and I want to go back in time and tell myself to train Gallente instead of Amarr.

I hate all those Psuedo Scientific interviews. Isn't it enough that it's vastly increasing the storage space with throwing around terms like 5Dimensional.

So when i look upon my coffee mug here i am actually seeing a 4dimensional object. X,Y,Z and ''colour''

Still will be impressive to see the tech and how much crap they will pour onto future DVD extras to fill it :)

Height, Length, Breadth, Frequency and Wavelength. I'm guessing thats what they are reffering to as the five dimentional thing.
