I am trying to locate the base string under the registry that EVE is listed in the Uninstall folder. See Microsoft Thread http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314481

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

I recently installed EVE on an external HDD and now do not have that HDD on this computer. I cannot remove the EVE Online program listing from the "Add/Remove Program Listing". I attempted to remove it via the regedit program but I cannot see any obvious "EVE or CCP" program listed under the Uninstall folder. Anyone have an idea where I can find this registry string and delete it? I do not really want to place a petition in for this but, I doubt this is a common request. Thanks for help in advance.

Simply dl CCleaner or RegscrubXP. Run these 2 programs and they will find any registry strings that have no place on your computer.

Good luck

Just to confirm the location you give is fine for both XP and Vista and on both my machines I have an 'EVE' folder giving the uninstall location (it's just above the EVEMon folder Smile)
