Anyone else having these problems?

Going to the EVE Account Management page, there are three tabs, but only one works. The Billing Info and Subscription Info tabs offer up server-side errors:

Server.CreateObject Failed

/include/median-interface.asp, line 37

Going to the Support site to find a fix for this, by clicking on the Support item in the menu, sends me to a site which doesn't resolve through DNS:

http://support.eve-online.com/

I know, this isn't an "ingame" topic...tell me where I should post this sort of thing, and I'll go there instead.

Unfortunately, yes :(

A friend of mine tried to create an acc but creditcard check fails with the same error message you have reported. He sent a mail to support stuff but nothing happened :(

Anoying..as i have to renew today*..now i see i cant.

* originally i cancelled my subs..to be safe..now i want to uncancel my subs..but today server fails :(

Well..seeing CCP apparently cant keep a databaseserver online or for that matter keep the data available to the user..Im kinda reconsidering ..not that I dont like the game...more a concern over "hardwareissues" and the likelyness that this might even happen again.

We're happy to report that this issue has now been resolved.

What happened was a machine was swapped out with another one today and the necessary software wasn't installed. Alli leapt into action, got things going on another machine and now it's clear sailing again.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during the downtime.
