Hello all i made this document since i wont be at the meeting of sunday since ill be at work but i still want to contribute to the alliance.

So here's my opinion about whats going on or should happen, what we could do are need to consider ... its a read hehe grab coffee prepare to laugh, cry agree or disagree and discuss on a polite grown up way shall we.

We have to be realistic. atm we can not get enough peeps active to sustain prolonged gate camps or tower assaults its just a fact unfortuntaly. Something that needs to be worked on but we all know that and i realise that every corp is doing the best they can to get that improved.

I am of the opinion that atm we should let D4KU alone for what it is. We cant grab sov back because we dont have enough towers or the manpower to take it back. The towers that we potentially are willing to put up should not be placed into D4KU but in other systems to reinforce them.

This week is a good example that we dont have enough power in systems that we allreday do control and that the enemy can take it over at a moments notice.
AC2E has only 2 !? large towers of our alliance and its a cyno jammed system. IMO ACE2 is our main system for now out of which we can focus our battle groups. However if AC2 is lost we get another setback. There for we have to increase the towers in that system and surrounding systems as in CL-BWB. Corporations could help with putting up one tower each. And alliance should help pay for the fuel bill of those towers cause its not possible for corporatiosn to pay all that on themselfs imo and should be a allaince effort.

We have to be realistic about where we stand atm against our enemy and analyse what they can and take appropiate actions against it. I am not saying we should totally fit and plan out against our enemys noo... you always take yourself as a point and see what you can do but considering the enemy isnt bad at all.

What would mean the loss of AC2 for example ?? it would mean we lose another JB area and the enemy would get a extra system. Can we let that happen. NO ! We have to reinforce that area and concentrate on our own stuff first. We need to put up at least 5-8 large towers in total in that system to make sure they arent happy to put up 9 more next the ones that they have allready in d4 and so on..

Do we have to do this all alone ??? ... Nope we have allies right ?? Event horizon can spare 4 large towers for ac2 as well. Its right next to their systems anyways. They should not grab sov but they should be in place to 1. Occupy moons and 2. in the case of total failure of arcane towers they can set it on for sov and then the hostiles still have to worry about 4 more towers of a other alliance.

( im not sure if they can set on sov anyways so that if our towers drop they automatically take over sov if yes then they can turn grab sov on allready)

Cl needs to be reinforced as well its the backup JB system imo when we lose ac2 but that should not happen in the first place.

Once AC2 and CL are reinforced by our towers and allies we can start looking at them again !! We should as i said before , take our position and work from that point. After Ac2 and CL we can start hitting BYX first and destroy anyting inside that system with co-ordination of event horizon and maybe even SOT.

After BY what will take a couple days /weeks maybe you progress to P5 (SOT space) and setup a tower in that area as a staging area and safe spot. From P5 we should then open up a campaign into either 9D or L-A. whatever system is weakest you do first. and then so on towards 3Z then LA then YRN and then finnaly D4kU again.

We have to reasise that this requires a joint effort of all allies. Arcane, Event, ( SOT & PL) would be nice especially PL for D4KU would be sweet. cause we all know that they can ruin D4KU in pretty much a day or 3 with full presence.

Although I like the 5 battleships that turned up to defend the first one, the fact you manage to pull 5 whole PVP pilots out of a 1150 strong band of ******s is quite frankly incredible, PMS leadership should be proud.

Half of PMS and the corps that formed FOE were in fountain / lowsec aridia for a long time before the alliance was formed. I class that as the "PMS" era, because nothing really seemed to change after you formed the alliance, it simply made it easier to refer to your gaggle of ******s under a single title.

RIght lets get this right.

PL come to Fountain with their dread fleet to kill some stolen POS's, stolen from Arcane.

Whilst they are kissing their muscles and abusing local BoB take over bits of Delve and high end moons...?

And as they slowly realise they will then leeve Fountain again and we will start again with more towers we stole from them?
