So no one starts out with anything in science?
Then how long would it take? I've got an alt with science 2 from before the expansion, would that be faster when counting with the skills for flying a scout frig the alt would have to train too?

Yes evemon is my friend, but my friend doesn't know what attributes and skills you start out with now and I'm pretty sure it doesn't know about the 100% training time bonus.

I haven't got an char slot left so I can't check and I was hoping someone could save me the 10 hours waiting to maybe find out that I shouldn't have deleted that alt after all. Sad

Everyone starts with a few skills in racial tank and racial weapon skills, rest is the same.

My Gall toon started with:

Attributes
Intelligence: 8
Perception: 8
Charisma: 7
Willpower: 8
Memory: 8
