Starting a few days ago, every time I log into EVE Online I have to re-agree to the EULA... I think the start of it may coincide with the end of my trial account time (I'm on full account now), but I'm not sure.

I installed EVE the first time through Steam as a trial account and upgraded it through Steam. I have an EVE install at work (same account) that also works through Steam but the infinite EULA does NOT occur there.

Have you tried starting the game without steam? Does it still happen?

Have you noticed if other settings graphic settings or ingame (overview settings, folders in the bookmarks tab under People&Places) are being saved correctly?

It still occurs when I start the executable directly from C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\eve online\eve.exe. In-game settings seem to save correctly, the "Show session timer" setting is currently checked and I only activated that 1-2 days ago.

CCP might consider dropping the long EULA on the client totally. Only thing needed is: "This client may only be used together with an active eve-account" which can be displayed on the download-page, and in the about-tab in the client. The EULA for the account has already been confirmed at activation, and contains all the needed legalize.

Problem with the long EULA: it might not be the same as the EULA for the account, and it introduces the chance for errors like this.
