Basically it would be a station service, but not in every station. Maybe just Logistics stations or Manufacturing stations.
So you have a crapload of stuff and you need to move it all. (Moving mission locations, corp is moving, too much stuff for you/alt/corp to move/no access to freighters)
Once you hire the npc, a window similar to the trade window will pop up. You click and drag all your items you wish to move into the window, and the NPC will charge you based on how much m3 you're moving and how many npc ships are needed.
Once done, you can wait on it, or you can just go ahead and have them move it. There's one catch. You have to physically move yourself to the destination. Once you start the move via the NPC Hauler Service window, you have to undock. The NPCs will "undock" with you, and will go into warp whereever you go, similar to Fleet/Gang warps. When you get to a stargate, you jump, and the NPC's jump as well.
You get to your destination with the haulers, and the NPC Hauler Service window will pop up automatically once all the NPCs are docked. You click the "Accept Freight" icon, and the goods are dropped to your hangar.
So just a revision of the NPC hauling ideas I've seen in the past. At least with this way, it requires active participation by the Employer, thus helping keep the player in the game.
