Does the new patch crash allot for you too? My sessions seem to disconnect when I look at my buddy list, or randomly while on Autopilot. I can't seem to get anywhere without my session dying.
Thoughts? |

More investigation: Vista screen saver kills EVE client. WTH? I set the screen saver to 105 minutes. Will see if that helps.
Any others notice issues with opening buddy list? I have 3 Ghz Core Duo and 8 Gigs of RAM....can't be hardware. |

I've not had crashes. But i've had some really weird error messages and some lag which has sent me computer berserk. |

I Have jump cloned twice, both times the client locked up. Thats all I've really noticed. |

I don't know what kind of errors they may be. I get "disconnected from server" message and I know my machine is on the net and have other accounts playing at that same moment.
This is my first experience with Vista and I wish I could've found a WinXP64 license instead. |

Ran a lvl 4 mission and what a pain. Connection dropped constantly. I think it may be because of my crappy Internet connection with AT&T.
Anyone know a better ISP in NE Ohio? |

day one, I crashed due to some virtual something no doing something virtually.
Day two I crashed 7 times for the same reasons
Day three I didn't crash. |

Why do you have the screen saver turned on at all? Burn-in doesn't happen with LCDs. |

Some have ghosting. Which is almost as bad, like mine 23" has :/ |

OMG Yes! nothing but disconnects since the patch! I was blaming the ISP @ first  , but rest of web access is fine, even while EVE loses connection!  Thought it'd go away after 2-3 days post patch, but still happening... |

Seems fine here (Vista+NVidia 8800GT) but I haven't really stressed it of late. |

I had that problem... C++ Virtual something or other. Only happens with the cache set to off and premium graphics though... I'll play lag free with classic if I have to  |

I haven't thought about testing EVE Classic here. I can send my third account to Jita in a Freighter and see if she crashes along the way. |

EVE Classic crashed within the first 3 jumps. Same error. The disconnection is noticed by the client when you try to access the database for any reason, market, check wallet, etc. |

Mystery solved - crappy internet connection. I hate AT&T.
I am running 3 accounts right now over a wireless connection to my neighbor, every thing is running well, no disconnects.
