To disable the extra Fibre Channel logging through the Text Management

To answer the questions about VIP Mode - it is a special authentication mode that only allows CCP developer accounts (not player accounts) to connect.
It is used so that we can run a few quick checks on the cluster after it starts, and ensure everything is working prior to opening it up for players. |
