"GET TO THE VOTING BOOTH!"

and

"VOTE FOR ME IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!"

"DON'T BE ECONOMIC GIRLY MEN!"

I'd vote for him and I'm not even American. Chuck Norris would be a good second choice.

Seconded on Chuck Norris.

At one point Jeremy Clarkson nearly got Prime Minister in England..

Unfortunately the government here didn't like the idea of having someone as down to earth as JC in charge, he might have turned England back into England.

Heaven forbid.

Arnie is a mystery, his English sounds like he's an Austrian and his German sounds like he's an American...

Would be fun to see the Governator run for President except of course it is against the law for him to run for President so won't happen.

I can see it now, each time they show footage of him walking up to the chopper at the white house that you see on news footage so much the whole world shouts out 'GET TO THE CHOPPA NOOOW!'

No. It is unconstitutional for him to hold the office, but there is nothing stopping him from running (despite the fact that it would be a huge waste of time).

That would make it against the law. Sure he could run around and make speeches if he wanted but he would never, ever be listed on a ballot. If he somehow won a write-in campaign the Electors could not vote for him. If they somehow did anyway then all rule of law is gone in the US and we'd have bigger problems to deal with.

It would be against the law for him to hold the office, not to run for it.

I wouldn't say best but he's not bad. People are just dumbasses who take the fact that he has a funny accent and used to act as reasons to detract from his performance. The comments are especially funny on that youtube link. He said something funny and people lash at him for it. Does he actually go around acting all terminator? Not really...does he use that sometimes as a lighthearted joke in a few speeches? Sure, it works. Get the **** over it and pay attention to the real issues.

I have a feeling he would have been a hell of a lot more effective if California wasn't so damn partisan right now. The anti-bush fervor really screwed him over on a lot of different courses of action, his special elections in particular. BY te time those came around most Californians were spitting indigo and in effect bit their nose off to spite their face.
