yes because the GBC is so absolutely efficient at rolling over people. they have made exceedingly massive progress in tribute fo show dawg. vOv

We obviously are not playing the same internet spaceshipz cause as far as things like "sov" goes they are doing a pretty good job. Now is this a case of "you are not winning fast enough" or not i cant tell. either way letting a titan kill dictate the progress of war is asinine and narrow minded. dawg.

I'm glad you have followed our example and my advice by killing a supercap yourself.

However, when taking a closer look at the killmail you'll see that it's faked. That's right. I can tell by the damage messages and having seen quite a few fakes in my time. The screenshot floating around here showing a so called Avatar wreck is obviously shopped.

If you really killed an Avatar, then where is the real killmail?

one of the best corp names I have ever seen was 'Isle' an acronym for 'Increasing Success by Lowering Expectations' And you have just demonstrated how that fits you perfectly.
No one battle is going to dictate the progress of this war, especially by a couple of supercap kills... but we are obviously celebrating a nicely taken scalp. And bottom line is we had 40+ of their caps still in system when the loggoffski's started so it could have been bad... REAL bad for the GBC if they had remained on the field.

Maybe it's just my old age and slightly addled memory but wasn't the whole premis of the max damage campaign about steamm rollering the north, not taking stations/systems etc, just to kill anything and everything in it's path? The GBC holding sov in m-o since the initial stackless IO debacle and e-o after an alarm clock op 3 weeks ago is hardly steam rollering or something worth getting all 'hands in the pants' excited about imho... but hey, just me and my personal preferences.

Nice to see everyone is avoiding the fact that the gbc logged off all their caps after the 2nd supercap was lost. Props guys, props.

time to set some ****cages

They are masters of CTRL+Q, ****cages won't help much.

3 of the NC capitals logged once they figured out they were primary and managed to disappear when they hit low armor...

and yeah, lag sucked. When I first entered system I activated all defensive mods and a rep. the rep showed green but didn't once activate judging by my cap being at 99% for most of the fight, and yet when the whole NC support fleet landed right on top of me and started locking me up, including a few people firing a volley, I managed to immediately warp out. I tried activating my other rep at one point during the fight, it didn't activate either. My favorite is when my fighters actually started to do damage to a target, they would get a volley off, put it to 3/4 armor or something, then it would hang there and I would watch as their shields would slowly rise. 10 minutes later another volley down to half armor and then shields slowly rise... the lag works in mysterious ways

but hey, I survived Twisted Evil

must have been me you were fighting

[ 2008.10.26 22:50:50 ] (combat) Einherji belonging to Apple Boy lands a hit on you which glances off, causing no real damage.

What about "We both put 199 revelations and 1 avatar on grid and have a smash without 600 people on a black screen wile allianceheads/FC's are screaming useless orders over TS because 80% of their fleet didnt resync yet"

Jup, great kill/loss. But you guys are too dumb to understand that something "epic" as a fake killmail is something to "ruin" 6 hours of peoples life for. (incl my own, whine whine whine whine whine whine whine /carebeartear)

For all the "epic kills and losses" there aint many that actualy saw em happen. Now, did you Fred0? Did you TWD? Prolly not.

I wish you numpty's a good fight, and lets see if its the same people once again that always load grid first. It's becomming fishy, Especialy as more NC then GBC loaded this time.

Is the Dev pendulum swingin? Or is stacklessIO starting to work...

You are right, unfortunatly for you that same change has happened several times before. Everytime the result is; sneaky russians attack bob in south, bob goes home, nc smashes all bob friends in the north, nc goes south and loses, russians retreat a little, bob goes back north, rinse and repeat, yada yada..
Christ its almost getting repetitive. While nc and bob are fighting the russians are busy amassing more moons and space than either super-alliance has ever controlled, maybe next year will be different but i doubt it :)

tut tut... i forgot you have to spell these things out slowly and in big letters for some of you guys. My point was that SINCE the m-o debacle which was how long ago? and SINCE the alarm clock OP in e-o 3 weeks ago no steam rollering has occurred. In fact we've been bloodying GBC noses quite nicely for a few weeks now. We know a knockout punch hasn't been delivered by either side, and as always the large lady is still relatively quiet but hey :) it's fun aint it?

Ummm, it's on the Band of Brothers killboard the way I see it, even if it has been modified to hide the modules. (Which I sure as hell would do too).

Perhaps ask in your alliance channel who's posting the fake mails to the killboard, since you seems to be implying that it's propaganda and not actually true.

Do we really need a battle report every time bob loses a titan, we'd have nothing but bob threads.
