Hello Capsuleers,

Tranquility downtime has been extended due to a problem discovered during the normal boot up process with the SQL. This issue is under investigation by the Operations Team and we hope to have it resolved very soon.

Update: Tranquility is back on line and accepting connections.

Why has it taken you 37 minutes to make this post?
Seriously?

Was it the sort of normal process that was always a normal process, or the sort that has been normal since Wednesday?

Which will come first? The serving coming up or Hulu.com adding season 3 of Regenesis?

I totally understand that DT is needed and am in no way gonna complain about that. However why is every single day extended downtime recently?

Eve is known as a 23/7 game, lots of people accept that, but even a small explaination as to why its getting longer would be great.

A little communication goes a long way!

Who on earth pays £17 a month for one account ?

Even so, if you actually got your day in every day, 30 hours for that price isn't' that bad if you compared it to other activities. Granted, those other activities don't randomly shut on you too often.

45 minutes I'd say is pretty much impossible. I'd settle for 'usually' on time.

Bygad I hope some magical pixie SQL guru finds it quick. Thanks but-not-really for the info. I haven't seen a single extended dt or near-extended dt for a week - as we all know.
And to all the people that react with *whine* to every extended-dt complaint. really people. most of us pay to play this game and since this is becoming more of the "norm" I would like to see a more in-depth reaction on what they are doing to fix it or if they even have a clue to what is going wrong.

I thought you meant 45 minutes earlier than scheduled, thanks to the 45minutes later than scheduled today. I kind of figured hoping for 'on schedule' went without saying.
