I read the player "help" guide on this form and also googled it. I still cant figure out how to wardec another corp.

Well, to be more specific, you need to start a new vote in your corporation management tool for a new war to be declared. Then you need to vote. Then you need 24 hours for the vote to go through.
After the 24 hours, the vote will be complete and the option to declare war will be in "sanctionable actions" in your corporation management tool. Here you can right click it and select declare war.
Then you need to wait another 24 hours.

I had the same problem not too long ago when I tried to war dec someone. To start, you must assign yourself all the shares of your corp. Even though you are CEO of it you have no vote unless you control atleast some shares. Once you have given them all to yourself or atleast a majority, go into politics and hold a 1 day vote to go to war with the corp you want. After 24 hours, voting will close and assuming you held the majority of shares and voted yes for the war, you will now be able to declare war. To declare war at this point, open up sanctionable actions or something like that, open up the corp drop down list and click declare war. Now you must wait a further 24 hours for the war to start. Please remember that your corp wallet (not your private wallet) must have the necessary money for the war dec fee. |

if you have all shares in the corperation and CEO roles
go to votes
propose vote (war dec)
start vote
vote on vote
wait 24 hours
at this point its bugged, the vote may appear to have dissapeared, but its ok, it will come back.
wait an additional hour
go to sanctionable actions tab
find your vote
hit apply
wait 24 hours
demand singing ransom |

thank you for all the help. the vote is in and now i have to wait until friday for the war to begin.
this should be fun. a 3 person corp against a 10 member pirate mining corp. (they mine, no pirating involved). |

Don't forget to cast your vote!! I've done it a dozen times where I'll start a vote and then forget to actually vote. It sucks - costs me another 24 hours to wait for the next damn vote to go through |
