I remember a few months ago when I bought a Cyclone in Jita because I always wanted a Cyclone for some reason and I had some ISK to spare and then I logged off. After I logged back in the next day (a sunday) someone asked me if I had been taking horse tranquilizers and if that was the reason I had chosen to log off in Jita.
I had actually been taking a whole bottle of Canadian vodka so I told them to **** off and die because I would never touch horse tranquilizers tbh.
True story except for some parts. In during a Jita lag thread. |

I feel your pain... i was doing a mission, and got sent to Jita... well.. i havent seen the inside of that system yet, hehe.
Tried logging into it 4 times this far, screen just hangs on "entering game" until the whole thing times out, and im thrown back to the character selection screen. *sigh*

Had an alt jumping into jita for the past 45 min ... stil on the gate going no where, Good job I can do other things with a different account why did I have to buy that ship in jita on a sunday of all days lol ho hum .......... |

Was forced to go into jita for a tag I need in a mission. and yes, I guess I can give up on that bonus stage...
It always amazes me how people just take it for granted that things are seriously broken in this game. It's like buying a new car and the dealer saying 'just don't drive it on sundays, it won't work!", and you going "no problem man, I love this car so much I'll resume driving on monday!" |

hehe, I love these posts. I hate going to jita as much as the next person. If one of my characters gets stuck there, I just use another. Never send a character I need all the time to Jita. Its not that hard to train an alt up to use a transport to do your weekly Jita shopping, though nowadays I tend to use Rens or some other tradehub. Maybe its time for CCP to introduce a congestion charging scheme to Jita hehe, though that may be unpopular |

EVE Needs MOAR mouse wheel power..... there is no exsuse for the trading hub of the hole game to be unaccsessable one hole day out of the week. your coding fails CCP. start recoding the game already. WITH OUT PYTHON, gezzzz. |

It's happened to me leaving Jita, I had to get moved to the next system over. I think the most nerveracking things that I've experianced is getting lagged out in Mya in a shuttle returning from a quick courier mission. Was just sitting at teh gate for about 2 minutes before it finally decided to drop my connection.
