I have loads of extra isk. I was thinking of setting up somthing like a band where you take out x amount of ISK, return x amount at y date with b% of interest added?
Would somthing like this work? Is there anyway of not getting scammed the **** out of? |

To OP: Interesting idea... but you need to have a kind of threat to people or else they simply won't pay it back. Or collateral...
