Oh gosh I just love semantics. Logging in as an admin and kick/banning people is not a Denial of Service attack. They generally weren't GS alts, they were mostly legitimate roadkill who hated peoke and were willing to see their alliance burn to take a **** on him. Some were smash who had a grudge with roadkill. Some were people who were sick of the leadership and gave intel thinking I'd let them get their stuff out of a station we took. It was pretty hilarious, but that's what I'm trying to get at. There were bigger internal grudges within smashkill than probably anyone in Goonswarm had towards anyone in smashkill... besides peoke. |

The service denial attack took place just as RK/Smash fleet warped into a huge furball of a fight with the Goons... as in Goonswarm.

Dear god, the amount of Goon damage limitation in this thread is ridiculous. I've never seen them leap onto a thread quite so fast to try to shut it down.

actually what usually happens is a group of the less obese goons (there is not many) form a stealth gang and break into the location where the physical server holds your ts connection. They then wizz all over it and make a break for freedom.  |
