Hello everyone and thank's for the time you'll grant to answer my question(s).
Well here is the problem ^^ : I found on an 0.3 a moon that suits me and my corp teammates and we decided to put a pos on it however the problem is that there is an Ammar Tomb with some nice npc. Well tried to get as far as i could from them while staying in the viscinity of the moon and even if they disapeared from the overviem ( went too far from them ^^ ) i couldn't anchor my pos as it is always saying to me that natural phenomena's are disturbing ...
Can we put a POS on a moon where there is an npc location ? If Yes, How and what's the minimum required distance from the npc/moon to be able to without having this message ?.

I'd petition it.
No one is allowed to claim a moon other than by using a POS! I'd hope NPCs were included. :)
Just kidding, there's nothing you can do but to find another moon. |

Well i just wanted some more informations about what you said Pwett. If no one can claim a moon only by putting a full pos. Putting a can and small blasters guns (incapacitated state because no tower ^^) is allowed as a prelude to a pos or not ? |

The can trick was an exploit and stopped functioning when the wrecks became immaterial; and I think that the gun can now be scooped (it can be done with other modules, unsure about guns). |

Well I tried to scoop the guns but as they were incapacitated i couldn't.
So i petitioned and a gm removed all the things ( the 2 guns and the anchored container ) within 10 min.

I believe it's intentional that you can't anchor starbases at sites related to COSMOS or similar phenomena. If there's a beacon present at the site that will prevent you from anchoring starbases as long as it's present. |

1st of all: you should consider yourself lucky for finding cosmos moon base.
2nd: kill NPCs (bring freinds if you cant do it alone) and loot your reward
3rd: Put up POS at said moon and suck it dry for its minerals. |
