I've noticed there's no blueprints for pos tower or containers etc. I think it would be fun to build your own towers for example. I wonder if there's some good reason not to have bp's for them or would it be good idea to have them.

Containers were promised long ago, they didn't come yet?  For the POS, they only have a price (in isk from the NPCs and it's fixed), no mineral cost, it would help deep 0.0 operations not to haul prebuilt poses in hmmm... carriers corp hangars (too small now) or rorquals or jump freighters. Afterall, outposts are built, not bought, POS could be the same way. |

Something to do with preventing alliances in 0.0 becoming self sufficient. Same reason you can't make Trade Goods

It could also be, just like robotics, oxygen, enriched uranium.... they want to pull some isk out of the system. I remember reading the Economy report not to long ago and they said that the amount of money in eve is rising faster than the amount of players, inflation. I think they are there as isk sinks. |

The reason is to have an isk sink to keep up with inflation. |
