Hey, I have submitted a ticket like 4 days ago begging to get my damn account info recovered and have heard NOTHING back from you guys....
I wanted to try EVE out again with a couple guildies but I cant remember my account info to save my life and ive heard nothin from you all.
Can you PLEASE look for my account under one of these emails and send the account info to whichever account you find a 2-3yr old Eve account registered.

i dont know which email EVE was registered under back then, its been a long time, but i DO know that i had put MONTHS of trainign into my character and there is NOOOOOO way im startin over from scratch again. |

Posting on the forums, especially this one, won't help you at all. More importantly, it's an absolutely terrible idea to post your email addresses on a public forum, and they will probably be removed by a moderator should you not remove them yourself.
Contact CCP again via support@eve-online.com (I think that's it) and explain your problem. Also, what category is your petition filed under? It should be be under Billing & Account if it isn't already (I'm going to assume it probably is though).
And as a final resort, cancel the petition and file a new one, just in case your current one somehow got stuck. |

There is nothing I could say that would top Asestorians advice. Doing as he said would be your best move  Also you should NEVER post your personal info on the forums so I have removed that. |

Ive submitted a PETITION to them once (its the max and wont submit again) under Billings and Account (Recover Lost Passwords or Accounts)
Ive also send in about 4 emails to the support email itself, Ive heard NOTHING back on any of those emails sent and its been about 5 days now.
My entire group of guildies from SWG is waitin on me to go jump over to EVE and mess around, and ive been really hoping to get my account back, but at this rate............*shrug* its more and more discouraging. I shouldnt have to be going through this much insanity just to get my account back. :( |

Just to let you know, new characters start out with ALOT more skillpoints than they used to 3 years ago. So even if you've played for a month or 2-3, you might actually be better off starting a new char! |

Right now new characters start out what it would have taken old chars 3 weeks of skills to train up - 800-900K sp. As far as your petition goes, you'll probably have to wait longer than just 5 days to get a response. On matters that require in depth inquiry like your, it takes them several weeks to answer. And right now it is definitely the worst time to write petitions because CCP's employees are probably over-worked with all the issues and bugs and subsequently petitions that Trinity brought.

yes i did notice when i logged in the skills
however it wasnt like a week or two, ive had a couple months of skill training in my characters, like my account wasnt a couple months, ive had a couple of the SKILLS that take months trained. Thats ALOT of time to just throw to the wind.
and as for their support. Man im suprised they are running such an INSANE ad campaign all over the place, yet they are that under worked ;( |
