Hi

I can't start up our office server, i downloaded trinity and installed, had no problems. Today when i went to work, its dead and refuses to start up.Anyone else have similar problems? Also server anti virus was updated yesterday, so could be because of it. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this, its national holiday in Finland so cant really call anywhere, and we really need that server up before business hours tomorrow.

Hewlp!

You put it on your office computer!?

I knew this would be happening to people at some point. Laughing

Can't help but feel sorry for the guy, but its a big risk installing games on a work server.

You can fix it by not installing games on your office server. Hope that helps!

Points of blame

a) The person that decided to name a file that eve uses boot.ini, the same as a critical windows file....
b) The person that wrote the patcher
c) QA

C & A are far far more to blame than B IMO.

In the end, there was more than one person 'to blame' so really what happens is that now they take a good long look at their QA procedure.

People deserve to be fired and lose their jobs if they've installed this on work pc's and ****ed em over. You should be doing WORK at work NOT playing games. Serves all you people right...
