looking to spend in the 4-6b range (if you have a character in the 30-40mil sp range, I would be willing to talk about a higher price)

what i'm looking for;
learning skills
level 5 engineering support skills and level 5 gunnery/missile support (depending on type of spec)
cruiser/bs 5...CS 4 or 5 would be a big deal to me
single weapon type spec (no more than 2) not including drones
less cross training the better, want focus in a single race
no capital skills, few industrial/mining/social please
sec status, assets, standings have no consideration
