The conduct of this person is simply harmful, not necessary in any way and it's clear he knows what he is doing. So, banning of the FULL account of this person(as can be done), would seem like a cruel and unusual, as well as fitting, punishment. I'm a kind man, a nice man, but i don't tolerate acts like this without voicing my opinion  |

I hope they bloody IP ban you. Over and over and over again. I do recall something in the EULA about a hash that identifies a user by windowskey and hardware. That'd be a good idea! |

Isn't it possible with some kind of forums software to make it impossible to reply to a thread whose last reply is more than X days old? Can't CCP just autolock any thread like this?
Is this too difficult to do? This seems like a simple fix that doesn't require draconian policies. |

They can track windows 'hash' generated from it's product id so if he uses same machine to necro as he uses to play the game GM's are able to track him and ban him. |
