TRI is especially looking for 1-2 hardcore PvP alliances to ally with and ensure their place in 0.0. Just after IRON got evicted by MC and friends, TRI and IRON leadership briefly discussed allying and going rogue together, but the Drone Region route was chosen instead. Initially Praes was supposed to fill that role as hardcore PvP alliance, perhaps TRI expected that given time and dedication, Praes could be brought up to the level of TRI regarding PvP experience and skill.
I hardly doubt this is TRI backstabbing Praes though, more something along the lines of TRI saying they prefer not having Praes as nextdoor neighbours and allowing them to leave in peace if they chose so. Anyways, I don't know all the details, so guess we'll have to wait for one of the involved parties to shed some light on the situation.
Hard times for small alliances (some of them called pets) ahead ?
Will 0.0 become (if it's not already) something totally controlled by under a dozen big alliances ? |

For a more official note on the topic, TRI never expected praesidium to become a major PvP force. We have told them that we would like them out of Deklein and we have allowed them to choose a deadline with which they are comfortable and happy to move out.
There were many reasons why we did it, and it was not a decision we made easily nor happily.
I dont reply to this thread because of what the alt is stating but rather to explain why to PRAES. We wish you the best luck in the future, and as stated we will give you however much time is necessary to remove your assets.

To be honest, that almost seems to fit with some stuff I heard recently. Though the conversation didn't have anything to do with PRAES space but rather certain offerings in YouWhat's Pure Blind holdings.
Not saying it's accurate, of course. The fact that the OP was started by an alt practically guarantees some sort of spin or misdirection. Believe it when it happens I guess.
EDIT: And I guess with Darkness posting above in regards to the PRAES issue, I believe it. |

I really wish you'd post with your main. People aren't as trigger happy these days and ready to rip your corp or alliance apart if you just post your opinion. Hiding behind the anonymity of an alt doesn't help you get your thoughts or messages across, mainly because people will dismiss you more readily. As to your question, if it was the old TRI (YNC, DOOM, EXAN) I would say no, they don't. This "new", larger TRI... I just don't know. I miss the old TRI  |

Speaking purely from a personal point of view (and being a little drunk) it's been fun being in Dek. We've won some, we've lost some, we've shot a lot of people and had everyone (except TRI) red to us . . . .This gives us an opportunity to reassess where we are going and to shoot new targets. I hear that there is lots of Pew Pew going on down south and there will soon be some property available for a careful owner  But seriously, PRAES is relatively new and finding its way, done pretty good so far and I'm sure that we'll have fun wherever we might go. Thanks TRI, been fun being neighbors - look forward to flying with you again sometime |

I think this whole MC sweeping north was very beneficial for the region. Now old north is coming back but with more pvp focused forces and a good learned lesson. They kicked out all their carebear members and leechers too. Kinda like "cleaned".
Personally, I would be happy to see TRI with IRON,RZR etc old north pvpers becoming a nice powerblock like RSF or BOB/MC.
why don't you gather already and get rid of the last BOB pet left in the north: Youwhat
Not that TRI can't do it alone, just to quicken the progress.

I couldn't think of anything worse then "becoming the new BoB". The whole mentality and state of the current south is something i would like to avoid. We play this game to have fun, we'd like to keep it that way instead of becoming a political "super power". Dont get me wrong being respected and admired is something anyone wants in game or in real life however being in the shadow of an old school alliance isn't Triumvirate's style. Wow! Aren't we all famous for having sore arses now.  *chuckle* Serenity Prime is the last remaining member of the original Praesidium. We have had an absolute blast since our first big fight in 6-1 vs the Drone region alliance to all but owning Venal with Tri and PA and more recently having a blast fighting the FS/MC invasion forces in our home systems. I hear we may have had a small hand in a certain ***** hard cyno POS takedown in L-C.  Tri's reasons for doing this are theirs. We respect that and will move on. There will of course be a few angry words from members in PRAES corps but overall I think most PRAES are amicable and understanding. I can speak for Serenity in saying we look forward to fighting with/against Tri again. We are giving ourselves a week or two to relax in our jacuzzi's and drink Pina Colada's. After that we will stock up on ammo and find something to shoot. Who we will be shooting at and with at that time remains to be seen. Whoever it is. Hi! PS. Avitar it is not a screw up...Prae have been trying to get more pvpers into there alliance and have survived and pulled there weight on many occasion.
We have just joined Prae yesterday b4 this news broke and we are still very optimistic about the future.You have to give respect to Tri they are an excellent and well organised alliance so if this is there wish then i am sure it was not discussed lightly.
This will make Prae stronger and bring there people together over the coming week in discusion for future endeavours.
We will be fine and continue to do well in eve....life changes so rapidly in my eve experiance and you have to adapt,and adapt we will.
