This TTI is a shame to the old one. I mean, NONE of the original members that made TTI what it was in the old days is still in the corp. Some nubber decided to continue and take the name in dirt.. Yay

Aw comon TTI was never good. Their structure was only strings of uneffective titles. I remember being camped by M0o in Venal, good times, military wing in frigates as each division had to earn its own money, because of the ridiculous "philosophical" background ( and in the day, npc ratting earned 10% of what mining did). Ragnar was an absolute tool. Most of the people in the corp were taking the internets as SERIOUS BUSINESS. They were so stupid, egoistical and dysfunctional as a group i just left the game for a year, since TTI was supposed to be a badass corp, but they were only dramaqueens-.

Wow. No idea you guys were still around. Best of luck.

Once upon a time, I was a member of (and eventually CEO of) Kiruya Mineral Extraction, which was Taggart's "high-end mining division" (late beta and in the early days of release). It was a dramafest the likes of which I've never again encountered in any online game. That said, there were some great folks in TTI, KME, & the other subsidiaries (Calladen Nimitz being a particular standout, along with several I can think of in Mulligan Defense); fly your standard proudly in honor of those great people.

There are still a few people that get on who have been in TTI for 3-4 years but most the active people are newer (about 1-2 years old).

Since Oleksandr became CEO, and much help from Petter too, the corp has really taken off. Its starting to get a regular player base again and we are becoming richer as well.

As a former TTI CEO I would like to congratulate TTi on its persistance and unwillingness to just die off.

Please check this Blog Entry for a good read of some rather old Taggart news.

Cheers Guys.

Also do you still the screenies of Ragnars ill gotten Jovian mining lasers?

Ahhh and further more TTi was one of the frst corps in eve to receive GM/dev special treatment (miner II BPO and jovian mining lasers are just one part of this....Venal tooYARRRR!!)

Last bit of history: Where are they now TTi CEOs
Ragnar - left the game
GunnyP - left, came back, left, came back....no idea at this point
MarkA - Joined DICE and finally BoB (great guy btw and my first CEO in EvE)
Alaph Force - Went pirate
Gantros - left EvE as far as I know
Musashi - still around but steped down from CEO

cheers

As a new player and new member of TTi, I can say that I am having a lot of fun. I get to wander in 0.0, learn from some older vets and play to the depth I can handle and delve a bit further as time passes. To those who say those in TTi are a bunch of folks living on past glories...yeah maybe, but so what. My toon is pretty.

Thank you all for the compliments. Although only a few of the original members are still left, TTI is run from the same fundament that it did during its very first days -- Objectivism.

And as to Serenity Steele: What happened with Rearden Steele?

WTG TTI!

It feels great to get on the forums, read though a crap ton of smack posts... Then you see stuff like this, I am very proud of TTI and glad they are a corner stone of the KMA Alliance. As i said above, Great work! I hope you guys stay around, and continue to play eve with the same level of determination and objectivism.

Side note: It is awesome to see people talking good things about your members corporations. Normally as an alliance chairperson all you get is smack.

I'm a relatively new member or TTI, but I like it. Its great to see a corporation run with the tenetes of Objectivism in mind. It beats being in a corp where you have to deal with a bunch of BS.

I the current CEO of Taggart Transdimensional.

The task that I have chosen myself is to apply the philosophy of Ayn Rand, Objectivism, in the EVE Universe. This includes building a society that stands on the principles of Individual Rights.

Taggart Transdimensional was founded on the same principles. Even though the original players have mostly left, and TTI is not as big anymore, the principles are as true today as they were then.

And so the work goes on...

Regards.

I sit in a station and buy minerals and sell goods.

If I had to do mandatory ops, it would destroy my business in that it would take my time and my resources. Right now, my best ship is a shuttle.

If I had to pay mandatory taxes, I would not be able to invest all my profits right back into production. I would lack the ability to invest in my self as much which would exponentially take away from my profits (money makes more money with me).

If I was told where I had to be at certain times, I would not be able to watch my orders and keep up with competition easily.

If I was in a normal corp right now, I would not be a multi-billionaire in Eve-Online, definitely not with how little time I sometimes put into the game.

0.0 space is an amazing profit maker, but only with the right corp--a corp that stands out of my way.

I stand with TTI for _my_ freedom, for _my_ way, and _my_ success.

Tolthar Lockbar.

You are right. On the period before retail I relied on a single person, and because of that it is much more lacking than the period after retail. Thanks for pointing one of the errors out -- and if you have any other errors, please inform me of those too.
