I'm sure all your bpos are researched, so the building costs (at empire market prices) should not be more than 1.4 billion. (and I'm playing safe because I'm sure its lower than that...)

Takes months to do any research on a Rorqual print, and 200m for a 2 week + job.. Not really reasonable is it? Good luck with sale for op... |
